Spent 3 nights at this red roof. Very nice place to stay with good service and clean rooms. The breakfast is pretty good and the coffee maker is nice. The noise from the highway is not particularly noticeable even though our room was facing the highway. The staff are very friendly and quick to fixed any issues you may have. Cesar and Fabby and other staff members were wonderful and helped us out with useful tips for things like laundry and nearby restaurants. Overall a pleasant experience and good value for the price.

The staff is always friendly when I stay here. The rooms aren't too bad, and has quick access to the freeway. I got a non smoking room before but the room smelt like smoke. But the staff was very kind and accommodated us well.

Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Reasonable prices. I was really pleased with the gentleman who works the night shift. He was very cheerful and treated my husband and I very respectfully! But most of all he showed my boxer Shelby like she was just as much a guest as we were . I hope he will read this and know how good our stay was because of him . We will definitely use this as our place to stay when we are in the area again . Cezar was his name I think 🤔

I've stayed with red roof a handful of times at this point and I can say that the rooms are pretty clean.

They have updated their cable systems, and offer a small free breakfast in the morning I believe 6am-10am.

Overall the staff make the place more welcoming, America and Faby have always been exceptionally polite and helpful.

Honestly, there just isn’t anything I can say critical about this place. The staff are very nice and attentive, the rooms are clean and the price is not too bad either. All around great place!

The hotel is fine, it’s reasonably priced and the location is pretty good IF you have a vehicle (there is only one gas station within walking distance). The ground squirrels that populate the hill behind the hotel are adorable and numerous and super entertaining in the morning and evening. They do have an elevator and breakfast.

The best thing about this place is America at the front desk. She is very kind, extremely knowledgeable and remarkably capable and efficient at her job. She’s so easy to talk to and very genuine which I personally really appreciate. This place would be much less without her.

They are super pet friendly too.

Manager persistently very RUDE to an Elderly US Veteran and Family after car wreck.

The hotel is nice, convenient, and well-priced. The issue was one very rude treatment from an older morning manager (Indian[?] man). 8/22/24, on a drive to FL, I was following a few minutes behind my parents who are in their mid-late 70’s on Hwy 75 S, when they were struck from behind, totaling their SUV, but miraculously, leaving them and their pets unharmed.

I rescued them and their belongings from the wreck site as cars would skid and almost crash into us. By 3:30am, my mom and I finally were done with multiple trips up to the room unloading my vehicle, my dad in his walker, and their pets to the room, we were exhausted. So tired that I accidentally left my vehicle parked and UNLOCKED in the loading zone.

The next morning, I apologized for my mistake and explained to the Mgr about the accident and what we went through, and how I was embarrassed that I left my vehicle like that. I said we would rush to check out as soon as possible but it might take us until Noon to find a rental vehicle large enough to hold all of our possessions and my dad’s mobility scooter on a Friday morning at the Atlanta airport.

However, rather than even convey any empathy, much less offer if he could help us in any way, he was immediately rude to me. Again, I apologized for the mistake and us running behind but repeated that it was due to a serious accident and sleep deprivation from that. All he said was that it was not an accident, and we needed to get out of there. After hours of obtaining an emergency rental and loading out, each time we passed the counter while clearly loading out as fast as possible, he told us we needed to go. Somehow, I kept my cool.

Finally at Noon, sharp, my mom and I got back to the room to wheel out the last thing – my 77 yr old US Veteran dad – Only to find that manager in my dad’s face as he sat waiting in his walker, telling him he needed to get out. Again, NO HELP, NO EMPATHY, just rudely, pressuring him to get out, which my dad could not even hear. Again, I kept my cool and explained what happened, and the “manager”a says “That’s not my problem.” If you can imagine the restraint it took to not slap this guy…but instead, I asked him if he would like a nice review or a negative one. His reply, “I don’t care.” So I asked him his name then, and so he turned and scurried away.

I contacted customer service via the RR website, but 2 weeks later, no response. So finally, I’ll just spread the word. I’m disappointed with the treatment of a US Army Veteran who sacrificed to keep this country free which allows others to come here for the opportunity to succeed.

I would choose a different place to spend your money.

Me and my husband like to take time away from our busy work week and stay here for the weekend and we just enjoy each other and the quiet lol and I love how clean the linen is , I love the fact they have a microwave and refrigerator. The staff there is just amazing , Anita is so helpful , she is so friendly ! Never fails to make sure that we have everything we need ! And when I had a problem with a reservation she called and fixed everything for us ! We had a great experience and we’ll continue to come! Would recommend to any of our friends and colleagues!
