"I had a fantastic experience at this establishment, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Erick and Bryan at the front desk. As someone who is not a native English speaker, I greatly appreciated their patience and respectfulness. They were incredibly gentle and attentive in understanding my needs regarding the room, making my stay much more enjoyable.

However, I have several concerns. The presence of homeless individuals and drug-related activity near the laundry room was unsettling, and the laundry facilities themselves were often not working. The pool was also inaccessible during my stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, the rooms had a very moldy smell that made me sick to the point of throwing up. I'm currently in a work-related rental, and the WiFi did not work at all, which was a significant inconvenience.

While I understand that the employees do their best, it seems they are limited by management decisions. I also noticed some theft issues with pool bags. On a positive note, the security guard made me feel a bit safer with his regular rounds and efforts to manage the situation. Overall, Erick and Bryan truly made my day better amidst these challenges. Thank you for your outstanding

If you are planning to book here, DON’T. We had planned to have stayed there on the 14th to the 15th of February but when we arrived there on the 14th, the gentleman that was there had told us that we booked incorrect which was a shock to us but had told us if we wanted to still book a room with the hotel, he gave us instructions to cancel our reservation with booking.com which is how we booked incorrect the first place so we can get our money bank since we NEVER CHECKED IN and booked thru the hotel as I would get our money back later, mind you I have a WITNESS which was my fiancĆ© who also took note of it. Of course we paid for the room out of pocket because of how helpful he was. I called booking.com and explained to them what happened in which they agreed to do if the property approves the refund. See how there’s a confusion… regardless I went thru with it because I felt comfort knowing I was being helped. The next morning on the 15th as I left the hotel property and checked out, I spoke to a young lady and asked if booking.com ever reached out in which they said they didn’t so I called booking.com to see what was going on and they said that the hotel hasn’t approved it yet and went ahead and called them, soon after they had informed me that the property manager doesn’t want to approve it and that I should call them to see as to why. I did and spoke to a manager named JACKIE… once I had reached out and presented myself, she was Sooo unprofessional and YELLED at me about how booking.com didn’t give her a cancellation number in order for her to approve, and accused me of never canceling it in which I HAVE THE EMAIL STATING I DID CANCEL and when I told her the number she became silent quick. She then proceeded to say that booking.com needs to refund it to me but booking.com can’t do it due to the fact she wouldn’t approve it. I never yelled at her and had to raise my voice to get her attention due to the fact, she was YELLING SO LOUDLY. She could’ve talked to me calmly and explained it to me AND instead was VERY unprofessional. I questioned it myself whether I would get the refund but the gentleman had told us that day if we did it correctly and booking.com requests it, that I would be good, if this was the case I would’ve gone somewhere else regardless of how DIRTY the hotel room was. And I mean dirty… there was stains inside the sheets, the floor was sticky, each room we checked reeked of cigarettes, the bathroom.. well I’ll stop there. If I were you, find somewhere else to go so you don’t go through the same experience as me but if you do, find a way to record everything so you aren’t having to go back and forth with the situation. Proceed with caution and good luck. And word of advice to the corporation, speak to your managers about how to speak professionally to their customers. We all have bad days but doesn’t mean we should let it out onto others.

Due to a booking error we were given a upgrade to our room and it was as luxurious as it could be. The bed was so comfortable and the room was immaculate. I highly recommend this Red Roof Inn.

The price is right, the rooms are very clean. I needed extra help, and the staff were all very helpful, especially Lydia! Lydia even waited for me to arrive so she could go the extra mile to help me despite her shift over. That's rare these days. They made a difference for me. They even had a night guard who made sure there were no problems during my four night stay. I will be back. They get my two thumbs up šŸ‘ šŸ‘Œ

Positive: The linen and mattress seemed clean, but everything else looked dusty and dirty especially in the bathroom. Negative: Yes, the cleanliness and when requested for a room cleaning no one came to do so. We would arrive late at night after our day out and it would be too late to request a cleaning.

words cannot express how very grateful that my family is to the Red Roof Inn. I have been coming to the red roof Inn for about eight years. There was a little space and break in between but on January 7 when the fires began I ended up back right here at the Red Roof Inn, where everyone else was price gouging charging 5 6 $700. On a time where people were really hurting and struggling from the fires, the red roof Inn had his doors open and did not even raise their prices or take it vantage of peoples most heartbreaking times of their life I want to personally think brian, Eric, and Sabrina who work the front desk, and Jackie, who is always there behind the scenes, but she comes in front sometimes, but she’s very humble in her ways, and Lydia, who walks the grounds to make sure everything is running Perfect to the maintenance and the security guards everyone that works at the Redroof plays a part to keep it going and they always seem to be pleasant even in trying times if I have missed anybody in this message I apologize because I know you all work so hard together and so I want to make this a public message that it’s clean. It’s efficient if you need anything they’re there to help , I have seen the housekeepers cleaning from the time they start work even late into the day even for the people that are staying long-term they have a sense of pleasantry, patience and understanding and a listening ear. I especially want to think Lisa Jackie Lydia, Brian, Sabrina, Eric, and the maintenance team who I’m not sure their names but this applies to them to and I say they get five stars and if anyone is ever in need a place to stay and an emergency can you call the front desk because sometimes if you go online you might not get the personal help you need. This is a very long message but it’s , very heartfelt prices are good great air conditioners and great heaters. The wind blew so much dirt into the pool and I don’t know how they did that but the pool is sparkling clean and it is just one week later so I give the Red Roof Inn, five stars for the location as well , plenty of eating places thumbs up

My experience here has been great but the homeless people that roam around the Red Roof Inn I don't accept. They are causing issues too where they bring in drugs or they walk around the Inn & they try to get a room while using someone else's info and yeah. But I think the Red Roof Inn is OKAY-ISH! I just don't like the little cockroaches I find roaming around in the room I'm staying in. I also found 20 cockroaches around the wall lining in the bathroom & a few in the bed I'm sleeping in like in the: sheets. A few of them in the 2nd guests bed like in the: pillow case & the metal bed frame too. So I hope what I have to say about my stay at the Red Roof Inn was very informal about what I like and dislike and hope you take care of and get a pest guy to spray the whole building because the cockroaches I found in my room & are probably in other rooms are making you're Inn a 2 star rating online. But I give you guys 3 stars:⭐⭐⭐. But yeah I would want to take care of the pest bug 🪳 Infestation seriously and if you don't believe me.....have a specialist take a look at a few of your rooms and see if they are infested with cockroaches okay. That way your rating online will come from a 2 ⭐⭐ to a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. That's only if you take the time to really read what I had to say about my stay here was. Well Merry Christmas šŸŽ„ & have a Happy New Year šŸŽŠ to who else is staying here or who has already stayed at the Red Roof Inn!
