Avoid Red Roof Inn Bellflower at All Costs*
I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Red Roof Inn in Bellflower, and it was an unmitigated disaster.

*Subpar Amenities*
The air conditioning unit in our room was broken, making the space unbearable. To make matters worse, there was no microwave available, severely limiting our food options.

*Incompetent Staff*
When we requested additional towels, the staff claimed they didn't have any. Yes, you read that right - a hotel without spare towels.

*Unacceptable Service*
We asked for toilet paper, and it took an astonishing 2 hours to arrive. The room key cards were also faulty, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to get them reset.

*Unresponsive Front Desk*
To add insult to injury, when we tried to call the front desk to report these issues, no one answered.

*Do Not Recommend*
In conclusion, my stay at the Red Roof Inn Bellflower was a catastrophic failure. With broken amenities, incompetent staff, and unacceptable service, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Stay far, far away.

Red Roof Inn: A Surprisingly Great Stay!

I recently stayed at a Red Roof Inn and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my experience. The room was impeccably clean, a real plus for me. The location was fantastic, with easy access to major freeways, making getting around a breeze. I also appreciated the proximity to shopping centers and convenient stores – everything I needed was within easy reach.

But what truly stood out was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly polite and professional, but I especially want to commend Pieiha for her exceptional service. She was courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

Overall, the Red Roof Inn offered a great value for the price. Clean rooms, a convenient location, and outstanding staff make it a highly recommended option for budget-conscious travelers. It's definitely a "bang for your buck" kind of place!

The room was falling apart looked under construction. Nothing like the photo on website for this hotel. The room was not wiped down chairs had old food on them. The shower could not turn on. No security lock on door the mattress were stained. Would not recommend staying there

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs. We found numerous cockroaches and other bugs in the room, and they even crawled onto my bed. The towels in the bathroom were visibly moldy, which is extremely disgusting.

We couldn’t accept such poor hygiene conditions and decided to request a full refund within an hour of check-in. The front desk immediately agreed without any objections, assuring us that the refund would be processed through Trip.com and even provided a receipt.

However, when I later contacted Trip.com to follow up on the refund, I was told that the hotel denied agreeing to it and lied, claiming that we stayed until 11 a.m. the next day. The truth is: we checked in at 1 a.m., checked out at 2 a.m., and spent the rest of the night struggling to find another hotel.

This kind of dishonesty and poor management is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this hotel.

They have been good to me n my family. I have personally seen the maids do a thorough cleaning in all the rooms I have watched them wash the sheets and towels and yes they use bleach. I will not blame the maintenance issues on them because it is so hard to find a good honest maintenance man nowadays that actually comes to work and does there job. I give them a 5 star because I truly have nothing bad to say. How do you have 5 star expectations when u know that this is a 2 star hotel. Make it make sense. And some people bring roaches and they have to deal with it. Great staff no issues with any of the services.

I've been staying here since may 2024! At first we were treated very good! Staff very friendly & helpful! Especially the maintenence guy Jose, always very friendly & helpfully offering assistance if needed!
New manager came & are servic3 went down hill! Except from Jose! Lost money in washer & dryer many times but never reimburse me for my lost money! After being told they would! 1 stay are lights didn't work for 2 days, so we couldn't take showers! I feel we should have been compensated for those 2 days! Lights finally came back on 45 minutes b4 checkout! They wouldn't even give us more time to shower b4 checking out! Basically paid $90. Each day with no lights or showers was very disappointed, I've paid a lot of money t9 them the last 7 months! Should be treated better!

Rooms are very spacious. Staff and assisting staff ( housekeeping and maintenance) are very friendly.

I had a 3 week and a few days stay. I felt like a pest running to the office multiple times on the daily. I really do not like causing any disruptions or inconvenience. However, PAEANA an outstanding office staff representative was so friendly, each and every time. When leaving the office I felt like a QUEEN. She is very pleasant and presented superb customer service. Any issues I had she took care of it swiftly. She is very prompt and attentive. Often I witness her servicing multiple customers both calm and irate, but she service them the same. She maintained and represented such grace, humbleness, diligence, patience, and clearly exhibited quick problem solving skills. PAEANA provided PHENOMENAL customer service all the way across the board and her kindness is just as excellent.

Ms. EMMA,
another office staff that I frequent also provided great service. I have also witness her dealing with challenging and difficult customers. She demostrated remarkable patience. So much so long to be more like her. That level of peace and patience I witness from her is very honorable.

Side note:
No one once to walk into any establishment with frowned up workers, but
Ms. EMMA have the best welcoming smile even while dealing with chaotic customers.

Between these two ladies I never wanted to leave. They are laid back on chill, friendly, hardworking, and both provide devine customer service skills. They do not bother you in anyway. They listen and respond quickly with the best as the outcome.

Thank you for having PAEANA and MS. EMMA on your team.

When in town I will certainly choose RED ROOF BELLFLOWER as my #1 choice.
