Thank you to the staff for the hospitality. Thank you especially to Kam for being so kind and helpful and making sure we had what we needed during our stay there when you were working. The rooms were decently clean and bug free and everything worked. Nice for the price. Thanks again.

We travel through the area frequently, and always stay at this Red Roof. We love the people, the clean, comfy rooms, the pet friendly environment, and the exceptional deal for the price! (The coffee isn't great, but hey - it's free, & nobody's perfect!) This place does come close to perfect though - we wouldn't stay anywhere else!

All I can say is this is 1990 prices, it’s clean, quiet, pet friendly, and the front desk gentleman was super sweet and quick. For a quick overnight stay on our way to Tennessee it’s highly recommended! Great job!

Had a great stay - quiet, comfortable beds, great front desk service. Just a reminder to the housekeeping staff… please clean behind bathroom door. Thanks and we’ll be back!

When we first arrived, we had stink bugs on the outside door and inside the room. There were stink bugs inside on the walls, ceiling, floor, on the back of the curtains and under the linen on the bed. We had to strip the bed linen to get the bugs off the linen and remake the bed. It took over an 1/2 hour to get them out of the room. The next morning found some more stink bugs on the wall. ||The next morning when we went to check out, we noticed a safe charge on our bill. We asked about it, and was told it automatically gets charged whether you use it or not, but we can request it to be removed. We requested the charge to be removed and instead of the charge being removed it was added a second time. The person waiting on us said they had a new computer program, and the charge was added and not removed. The person said she was busy and did not have time to fix the issue at the moment, so took our information and said the charges would be corrected. We received an email the next week and the safe fee was added a third time. Beware of the safe fees. ||Bad experience and will not stay at this Red Roof ever again.

Try speaking to someone with some serious issues.
Tried confirming my reservation for April 6th and 7th and to make sure it was handicap room.
Around 4pm today April 4th.
If I lived there I would have gone there to see if the lady was having a stroke. If this is her normal behavior...she should be fired.

Rooms need remodeling. Old furniture. My husband had to clean the filter on the AC/ heater. It was totally plugged.

Reserved the room online ahead of time and when we got there jus had to show id and sign a piece of paper and we were on our way. We got up to the room and the only complaint we have are the 3 stink bugs hanging out all over the walls.
