Good luck having anyone return texts, emails, or phone calls. Must be they don't think women have enough cash in the bank to be worth dealing with. No thanks. Found a better realtor that actually works with us.

So, l am explaining my change of my review...Jamie was the agent we worked with initially and he was great. Everyone needs time off occassionally and we get that, but in his absence, no one was assigned to service his listings apparently. When a family crisis arose and MY agent had to leave town, l reached out to the company to solve the problem with THEIR listing and requested that the broker call or step in to help out and was told thats not how we do things here...things progressed from bad to worse when Jamie was unable to be contacted. I have learned that Marlinton and surrounding areas are in what is "affectionately" referred to as a "quiet zone" and it was very likely he was unable to receive messages wherever he was at...making the issue of him reaching out to solve the problem with his listing impossible apparently. This is where it would have been helpful for the broker to step in and help out...he and /or she did not...would l use this company in any capacity in the future? No, not if l could help it. Everyone deserves time off and no matter how good you might be, if the company you work for is not "team player" oriented, it gives you a bad reputation...

I received a notification from Zillow that there was a new listing that fit my search criteria. There was no pictures on the listing so I emailed the realtor who was KC Halstead at
Red Oak Realty and asked for pictures he replied with a generic reply asking me to contact him for further information. I replied again asking for pictures to be emailed and I received screw you as a reply! That is very unprofessional and I will never do business with them!

Hey. Oak. Last time I seen you. You was throwing shirikans at the old house. I finally found that property on Leonard Cordova rd won google map we were going to buy back in 1990.
