We recently had to leave after a 7 month extended stay due to some unforseen circumstances but enjoyed living here. Alyssa, the manager, was amazing throughout our stay. She was also very understanding on why we had to leave and was very flexible. Robert, the maintenance guy, was awesome as well. I always saw him busy doing something around the park to keep things running.

The only thing I didn't enjoy about the place was the druggy. I know there's probably more there, but this man will drive through the park while smoking m*th. He has also discarded drug paraphernalia onto park grounds, and even with me turning in photo and video evidence of this, they only spoke with him. I didn't feel safe living there knowing he was doing it in public WHILE DRIVING and discarding paraphernalia where kids and animals could get to it.

Other than that, it was nice.

We have lived here since December and could never be happier! The new people running the show are truly the best people. They are working very hard to make this place as wonderful as possible! I would 100% recommend here to anyone and everyone. If you follow the rules (standard and aren’t hard to do) then your stay is very delightful! Haylee, Jessica, Tim and Austin are very nice people! Tim keeps the lawns looking wonderful and does a very good job with keeping up with the maintenance! You won’t find friendlier people else where!

The old manager was great. But the new management has done wonders in such a short time! They have done a bunch of upgrades with more coming It feels like the safe place that it did awhile ago! There is a nice sense of community, yet very private. It seems far away but Walmart, Target, Home Depot are less than 10 min away. With the river just a few miles up the way. It's very quiet (no loud parties ect...)

This park WAS a pretty decent place to stay back before Herb (the park manager) was running the place. The level of care and service Herb provided made staying here feel more like a community and not like some random rv park. He beought the feeling of community here and its unfoetunate that since this is no longer the case. Herb was the bread and butter of this place. Its been about a year now since he left, and new management is still scrambling to figure out how to successfully run this place. If you want a example of what not to do when trying to build a profitable business, then look no further than West Richland'd Red Mt. RV Park. See below for specifics on why I feel the way I do regarding this b offer

Kind of dumpy there. A lot of run down RVs when we stayed. We stayed for a month so price was decent. While we were there an RV got towed away for whatever reason. When we first got there we were quoted for a large external propane tank and have them are deposit and got the runaround. They kept telling us 2 to 3 days out on propane and that never happened. We never got our deposit back. The manager that was there got fired for shady business and the owners took over. Things seemed to get worse. They never answered the phones. Many people left the park... Which is no big deal to us. We left the park and a week later they charged us 50 dollars electricity when we were told it was included from previous shady management. I would say RVers beware.

1-5 HOW ABOUT A ZERO!||||Horrible place to stay! RV Slum||||***READ THE REVIEWS & LOOK AT PICTURES***DON'T STAY HERE DO YOUR FAMILY & YOURSELF A FAVOR***||||I had came to this park to stay but when I got there I had 2nd thoughts and considered leaving the same day. I ended up staying until another place at a different RV Resort became available. I've been full time RVing for a couple years now and I have never seen any park that has looked like this. ||||After a few nights there not only did I feel unsafe to stay there but the full time people in this park that have been here for years are very shady (Except for a couple that I had met) I had to take my dog out to do his business in the middle of the night and there were several people up working on cars etc and were acting paranoid. ||||If your thinking of staying anywhere go right by this place because even the management and workers seem to be under the influence of something. They also pick and choose what rules apply to who.||||I CALLED THE WEST RICHLAND PD and the Sgt said that the place is well know for drug activity! ||||AGAIN Read the reviews and look at the pictures because you will think twice.

I work as a caregiver for a resident in a nearby trailer park, so I can't speak for the quality of the RV-related services. However the laundromat on site is very clean, and reasonably priced, and I would recommend it to just about anyone in the area, even though the driers take quite a long time. However. The office staff have been nothing but rude to me, to the point of teasing me when all I needed was the urinal, asking me why I would have the audacity to assume a paying customer would be allowed access to the bathroom. I would give this place 1 star if it weren't for the nice laundromat.

Reply to Owner:
I am sorry that you misunderstood me, however I did not lie to you at any point. I have used the bathrooms before without incident, and made a reasonable assumption that I would be allowed to do so again in the future. But you can rest easy, because now there is no way this *paying customer* will ever inconvenience you over anything like a squirt of soap and a few squares of toilet paper.

I was hesitant and maybe skeptical about bringing my family into an RV park. I am SO grateful that we came to RV Village Resort. The staff have been helpful, literally since we pulled in. They quickly answer questions. The bathrooms and showers are clean - which was a big deal to me. The park itself is clean. Our "neighbors" have been so friendly and helpful as well. Our kids love the pool and climbing toy. We are SO glad we came. Thanks, Vicki and Herb, especially!
