Doors slamming and people talking loudly in the hallway all night. Children running between rooms. Every time a door slammed, it would ripple and sound like someone was tapping on our door, which was SUPER fun when traveling with a dog. The bed was somehow both too hard and too soft. If you moved too close to the edge, the cheep foam mattress would sink and you’d find yourself cuddled up to the nightstand. But the mattress itself was very hard. I LIKE a firm mattress and this one killed my hips/back. The shower handle wasn’t attached and would come off in your hand. The water pressure was comical. The tub drained INCREDIBLY slow. The shower curtain barely rested inside the edge of the tub, so if you brushed it while showering it would slip to the other side and let water out all over the floor. Burnouts doing donuts out front at 3am. Weed fumes wafting in so strong it woke me up and caused a headache (and I’m 420 friendly). Elevator broke. Door to the stairs jammed and had to be brute forced open. Yeah. I think that about covers it. Nice staff though, they’re doing their best. Lmao. Run.

I wanted a hotel with a known brand close to the community college where I had training so this fit the bill. The room had no closet, just a pole sticking out of the wall with hangers. There were no drawers, just a couple of shelves. There was no soap to wash one’s hands in the bathroom! I was told breakfast was from 6 am - 9 am. There were no staff in the dining room during those hours, no coffee other than cold from what seemed to be the day before, no creamer, no napkins, no food except a few apples and packaged cookies of some sort. There were toaster and display cases but no bread or food in the cases. I went in the back room marked employees only and there were refrigerators with milk and yogurt, Twinkies, and pots and pans. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be emailed to me but I never received it even though I wrote my email address for the attendant, who appeared to be from India or the Middle East. Housekeeping never came in my room during the 3 days I was there. I asked for fresh towels twice before getting them. They went out and bought me a bar of soap! It was the worst hotel stay in my life!

- The floors feel disgusting and sticky
- The towels were visibly dirty. They made me feel gross
- The bathtub had no plug
- The bathtub was dirty. It had dirt along the rim and random little hairs
- The bathroom had no lock
- Only one tiny little trashcan is available
- Breakfast is falsely advertised. They just have what tasted like day old coffee, granola bars, and small things of bread
I definitely don’t recommend anyone go to this place unless they’re need a place to be sketchy I guess. I wouldn’t call it family friendly

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The desk clerk was unhelpful saying no to everything I asked. There was no hairdryer as promised, no hand soap in the bathroom, no paper towels. Breakfast was touted from 6 AM to 9 AM, but when I went at 6:15, there was nothing there. There was no creamer for the coffee, There were no non-sugar sweeteners, a few apples, and some pastries. Coffee was cold. There were no napkins. The juice machine was out of order. I am sorry that I’m staying here and wish I was anywhere else.

We got to our room, it was dirty.. you could feel dirt on the floor, see it on the bed, there was a actual m&m on the floor of the bathroom when we checked in, no tp when we. Checked in, the TV wasn't working.. only to be told it takes about 10 minutes to load (which was well over 10 minutes when we went to dinner..) I paid 19 dollars extra for breakfast to be told it was not available and under renovation so my 19 dollars went to the wind? The phone doesn't even work, the charger for my phone fell right out of the wall... all and all NOT WORTH IT.

I rented this room for my son to go to school for a week. He is 2 nights in, and says the tub won’t drain when he showers; There was a person sleeping in the hallway of his room last night; The room is not the cleanest. There is no coffee pot in the room, although there is stuff for it. He has not had maid service even tho he put the sign out; In the so called breakfast area, the coffee containers were growing mold inside and so my son and another tenant had to go in the back room to hunt for coffee makers and filters etc; There is not adequate utensils available. He is literally eating and drinking at the local 7/11! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am paying $80 a night plus tax for these services that are advertised online, but false in reality. MANAGEMENT; SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB! FIX THESE ISSUES NOW OR YOU WILL BE SUED FOR TAKING MONIES FOR SERVICES YOU SAY YOU HAVE BUT INFACT, YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING. !!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! SMH!

Fellow hotel employee here, the room was amazing it wasn't much but all I needed was to rest my head. However upon check out there was a little bit of a wait for the front desk employee to come check me out which isn't an issue bit just a reminder that it's a huge security violation to leave the front desk unattended for a long amount of time. The place isn't too bad for an LLC though.
