Our stay started off bad beginning with shuttle driver, rude not friendly and didn’t even help with luggage or open door for us. Then get to our room to find out heating wasn't working and released very strong fumes. Called front desk and they did nothing. She only said she would put in a ticket. Next morning Jasmine and Sheyenne saved out stay. I told Jasmine my complaint and she immediately changed our room and apologized for our experience. Sheyenne and Amiya were so sweet and friendly. Professional and made our ending sp much better. Sheyenne offered to pick us up by our new room so my hubby would not have far to go due to his sore knee and Amiya offered suggestions of places to go. They deserve acknowledgement for making customers feel appreciated. Our new room was great, comfortable bed and nice and warm. Thank u again for making the end of our stay a great experience.

Hotel is overall very impressive in architecture and layout. Bar was nice and food was pretty tasty for a hotel. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, if a bit on the sparse side, though not a fan of the LVT flooring. The balcony was nice to have. Hotel needs some upgrades however. Shower tiling could ise some attention. Furniture in the room was rather worn and carpeting in hallways had bare spots and duct tape holding it together. In one men's room off the bar no soap dispensers were working. Proximity to the freeway led to a lot of road noise but that didn't make its way indoors unless a window was open. Nonetheless the overall experience was quite nice.

I am a local rescuer, and I just wanted to commend Red Lion, the staff and Autumn for being so gracious in letting me help rescue a mom and some kittens from their property. This doctor was very concerned for the mom and the kitties, safety and well being, and it was just really nice to have people helping there to try and get them to safety. Thank you !!!!
Even though I don't have a reason to go back after the mom and kitties are safe now I just feel like going back to have lunch or have a drink and support Red Lion and they're kind of staff. 🥰

The hotel is in the midst of an upgrade but the room was spacious and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The highlight was the sumptuous fresh breakfast buffet that varied daily. Lou kept things tidy and organized in the large dining area and Ramon and kitchen staff kept things tasty.

The Red Lion in Pasco is the best place to stay if you are using the airport. The layout is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. It is not quite the gem it was maybe 10 or 20 years ago. However, it is still an amazing bargain for the price. Definitely worth staying at. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and friendly.

These hotel staff and employees aim to really please and accommodate the customer.. front desk staff mrs Autumn saved the day for me by going the extra mile and getting a bucket of ice sent to my room just because i requested it…. Her attitude and effort to make my stay a good experience was unforgettable!! I’m glad I chose this hotel……customer service at its highest level!!!!!!

I had an excellent stay at the Red Lion Hotel in Pasco. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially Autumn, who was incredibly kind and patient after We arrived a little grumpy and tired. The food was extraordinary, the rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping was extremely thorough. Highly recommend!"
