This place is an ok place. There was hot water and the beds were decent. Wore my shoes everywhere in the room as the floors have many stains. The shower curtain has mold on it and the grout is nasty. The towels and linens are dingy and need replaced. The rooms are very large but horribly dated. Some weird stains on the walls. Would not stay again.

Front desk was nice at check in. Only nice thing about the hotel. Room could use a deep cleaning, the vent in the bathroom covered in lent so thick it was falling onto the towels and floor. Shower was covered in hair on the walls. Pulled blankets back and sheets were stained and looked like someone had slept in it and it was remade. Had to clean out the ac vents to get heat to come out. Mini fridge freezer was completely iced up and still had food and cups in it. As for the breakfast the eggs were like warm and potato burnt to the bottom of the pan.

I booked a business suite with the expectation of a clean, professional environment, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish.

Reservation and Payment Issues at this place are common, the problems began when I tried to process payment over the phone, they got the information and when i arrived they “didn’t have any records” of me or the card used. Despite my reservation being in their system, the staff couldn’t locate any payment information, causing a confusing back-and-forth. When I approached the front desk for clarification, I was met with vague answers and no real help. The front desk attendant was unhelpful, refusing to provide clear information on how to proceed with payment. This lack of professionalism added unnecessary frustration to my stay before I even entered the room.

Room Cleanliness and Maintenance isn’t a thing here. When I finally arrived in the room, I was shocked at the state of the so-called business suite. The first thing I noticed was leftover garbage from the previous guest—an immediate red flag. The bed was only partially made, which gave the impression that housekeeping had either rushed or entirely skipped over basic room preparation. On closer inspection, the walls were smeared with dirt and grime, with suspicious stains and even streaks of unknown liquids in various spots. It was clear that this room hadn’t seen a proper cleaning in a while.

The bathroom was no better. It looked neglected, with built-up grime in the corners and stains on the surfaces. The amenities were barely stocked, and the toiletries looked like they’d been half-used or left there for weeks. For a hotel suite intended for business travelers, I would expect these basics to be fully replenished. The entire room had an odd, stale smell that made it feel far from welcoming.

Unacceptable Standards for a Business Suite! With over 400 rooms, I understand the challenge of maintaining a large property, but it’s essential to keep up with cleanliness standards, especially in a business suite where guests are paying a premium. This level of neglect is simply unacceptable.

Overall, I’m thoroughly disappointed with my stay. For anyone traveling on business or looking for a clean, comfortable room, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere until management improves their operations and prioritizes guest experience.

The staff were incredibly nice and the pool was nice along with a hot tub that was very relaxing.
The room heat was overpowering the air conditioning-which is normal in the area-ac is hardly used..we are used to cold…

We stopped to stay here and uopn entering the room we immediately returned to the office to return the room key and stayed at another property. The room was dirty and smelly with lots of visible debris on the floors in the corners. The front desk assured us we would not be charged. Called back to front desk the next day and again they said we would not be charged. We were charged and it the hotel is refusing to refund. Absolutely horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if that was an option. This propertty is not anything like it used to be.

Positive: Once staff was finally available they were friendly and the check-in process was quick. Negative: When we arrived there was no one at the front desk or even in the lobby to greet us. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to finally appear. Out room was not vacuumed, bathroom was dirty. Burn marks on the phone and the toilet seat was destroyed.

Filthy dirty room, stained bedding, garbage under the bed, garbage cans had dried up poop inside of them. The microwave was filthy inside, the freezer in the mini fridge was so frozen over she couldn't even use it, the fridge was dirty. There was hair in the bath tub. The carpet was badly stained up and dirty. Then vent was filthy, the amount of dust on the furniture was disgusting. The walls has holes and are dirty with paint peeling off. My mom spent one night and ended up having to go to a different hotel because she couldn't even breathe in that dusty, musky, Filthy room. Do better! We will be notifying the health department.

Front desk service was nice. When you walk in the building smells musty. Bar is locked down and not open. Carpets are gross and coming apart, turns your socks tan.
