Just want to call out a couple of good points at this hotel. Deb and Audrey. They were both able to deliver top notch customer service. Very pleased with these two employees' abilities to problem solve quickly and efficiently. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the area.
To manager-please promote and put some energy into Audrey. She is going to be a hotel industry super star.

I was trying to avoid going through Omaha and decided to give this a try. Great property! The staff was very friendly and the room was updated. I really appreciated the fact it had a restaurant on-site. The breakfast was on par with continental breakfasts at other places. Would definitely stay here again.

Boo. They had no vacancy. No problem there. We came from the East. The lady at the desk made a call and said we could find lodging 8 miles back the way we came. We limped into town on a spare tire donut. (We told her this). I am glad we didn't take her advice. What cheek! There was a motel just a few blocks West. With a vacancy. We went to get our tire fixed just half a mile away the next morning. The motel that we did stay at was just fine to stay in. The misdirection of this 1st hotel employee or owner(?) was just uncalled for. Just plain wrong.

Amazing place to stay. Will definitely stay here again. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, and access to great food at the restaurant / smoothie bar make it a very pleasurable experience. Staff are very friendly & accommodating.

I believe that this is the only decent hotel in the city
The service was excellent for me, I had one issue with one of the front desk representatives but it got fixed right away and I felt that they really care to make me satisfied.
Cody, helped a lot and turned my from unsatisfied customer to loyal customer

Room in general is nice
It just need more care of cleaning specially deep cleaning
Rooms are stuffy they need to get fresh air or refreshers

Only thing that really irritates me that the pillows were smiley
