Me and my friends had a wonderful stay with the Rayborns! The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and Mr Rayborn was excellent for conversation, telling you anything you need about the surrounding area. Great value and great people!

This review is long overdue and I did mean to review on airbnb,as I booked a room through them, but they only give you a little bit of days to do so and I was not aware. Anyway, this past Fall I stayed at Rayborn Manor Bed and Breakfast and had the best experience. The definition of Southern hospitality. I was lost on my way there and the owners were kind enough to meet me at the gas station down the street so that they can guide me to the bed and breakfast. The place is very clean and you definitely feel at home. The female owner made an amazing breakfast and she is so sweet. She is bilingual like me and I got to practice my Spanish, as being away from my parents I was not able to practice it as much. They truly made my stay in Alabama very memorable and if I am ever in the area, I will stay here again. Highly recommend!!

If you want a nice quiet place to stay, THIS is it. It is 10 minutes from Tuskegee University and 15 minutes from Auburn University. The Rayborns made us feel like family. They worked hard to accommodate our schedule and no request was too much. When we checked out at 3:00 AM, they provided breakfast for us. What hotel will do that? Mr. Rayborn is a treasure trove of history. The place is so clean, you can eat off the floor. Being city folks, we had to get use to country pitch black darkness at night. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was that the location had no T-mobile signal and the WiFi was spotty at best. For breakfast stick to fresh eggs, toast, sausage/bacon, and fruit. Mrs. Rayborn is a delight, but Southern breakfast is not her forte.

If you need somewhere to stay, stay here. The Rayborn's are absolutely spectacular people. They are beyond accommodating and kind. I have rarely had the pleasure of meeting such nice individuals. We had nowhere to stay and called at 8:45 and Mr. Rayborn said to come on over and even upgraded us into the master bedroom. If we weren't in a hurry to get to a baseball game we would have stayed longer just to talk to them and know them more. On a 2 week trip, this stay was a highlight. You shouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

Affordable, clean, cozy, and close to anything you want to do in Tuskegee. Curtis Rayborn is a wealth of information on everything local, and Leoncia is a gracious host. We were just passing through and needed a place to crash for one night, but would have enjoyed staying longer. The quiet country setting was like finding a piece of home on our trip!

“Mr. & Mrs. Rayborn were awesome hosts! I received a very heart-felt welcome from the beginning to the end of my stay! They made sure I was comfortable and were very tentative to all my needs. Which I really didn't have any! They had everything locked- in!! The entire home & my personal room was very clean! I had delicious breakfast served on time EVERY morning at 5:00 a.m as I requested. If you like history like I do, Mrs. Rayborn husband is the guy to meet!!! During my stay, Mr. Rayborn took the time to teach me more history about the City of Tuskegee & Tuskegee University. I was completely astonished of the knowledge he has & learned things I didn't know about!!! (Note: I'm a Tuskegee University Alumni.) I also found out that Mr. Rayborn is living legend as well! Plenty documents & memorabilia to read to back it up. A man with many accomplishments!!! I'm going to just leave it right there! Come find out yourself and enjoy your time. I definitely recommend them if you like a peaceful & country feel. Thanks again Mr. & Mrs. Rayborn for the great hospitality!! I definitely be back!!”
