I don’t really leave reviews but this place has gone really downhill recently. The hot drinks are so hot it takes 30 minutes or so until I can take a drink and there is a lack of training amongst the new baristas. I enjoy trying new drinks and often ask just make me something and the baristas that were here last year would just whip something up. the new girls either don’t have the confidence or the training. my last several visits there my drink has been just ok. will probably not be coming here anymore which is unfortunate because i’ve been a regular since i moved to the area

Did not feel inviting, took our order made the car on the other side who showed up after us and made it before ours, we had two drinks. The total was $10.50 paid with a $20 and I received $8.50. The barista took $1 from me. although it is just $1 the concept and principle of thinking that it is okay to just help yourself to other people money is just poor business and manners. It's a shame that is is how the business wants to be ran.

Thank you for always making me smile with my coffees or Lotus drinks, even when I don’t feel good enough to make it to the shop, you ladies know how to make a warm gut relief. The ladies always make good amazing drinks no matter what you want even if you don’t like it they’ll remake it. I recommend this coffee shop for amazing service and passionate ladies making whatever drink your thinking if coffee or flavored lotus energy spritzers. They also have Red Bull for those who like those too

I love this stand! But beware for those fellow Chai TEA lovers. My only complaint is when I order a chai tea latte, the baristas seem to always assume I want the big train flavor which costs a few dollars more and had a chalky after taste. Does not taste like tea but an unblended milk shake for 8 dollars.... I can even say I want the oregon Chai and they'll give me big train anyways...

The staff at this coffee shop has consistently delivered exceptional service, but unfortunately, the owner seems indifferent to their well-being and neglectful towards customers. Shockingly, after the shop was deliberately set on fire, the owner only closed for a single day to address the damage, yet failed to dispose of burnt items like creamers and flavors. The aftermath was not only overwhelming for us as customers but must have been incredibly difficult for the employees working in the charred confines of the building. While we've always been advocates for supporting small businesses, this particular establishment is an exception and should not be endorsed

I ordered a 24 Oz black ice tea with peach flavor, I was blown away when she charged me $6.09!! Unreal! That will be the last time I ever stop here!
