The Ramada West Hollywood has become my "go to" Hotel of choice, when visiting family. Great value. The staff is always accommodating and responsive to my needs. The room is always clean and fresh, A/C set at an appropriate setting, and room amenities to my expectation. Something i have noticed on each visit is the quality of guests. My experience has show a nice eclectic mix of both citizens and foreign visitor (guests). Everyone is always friendly which adds to the experience.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of West Hollywood, and I felt very safe during my stay — definitely a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was clean and well maintained. The shower in the room was also quite good.

However, I gave 3 stars because the hotel itself is quite dated and could use some modern updates. The biggest downside was the parking — $50 per day is excessive and really adds up quickly.

If you’re visiting LA and want to stay close to Hollywood or Universal Studios, this could still be a convenient option. Just keep in mind the age of the property and the high parking fees when planning your stay.

My son and I needed a reasonably priced hotel to stay in as we toured college campuses. We had NO experience in L.A., having come from a little country town in the South, we had to rely on our research from the internet … SO glad we did! This hotel is not fancy and needs a makeover, but we expected this at our price point. What was important to us was the *safety* and service, both of which get 5 stars from us! We felt very comfortable here. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The hotel is a few feet away from a bus stop, grocery, pharmacy, and a lot of cute little shops and restaurants. We would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

This hotel has a great location and very friendly customer service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have comfortable beds, which made our stay relaxing. While the lobby, entrance, and hallways look a bit older, the rooms themselves are much more updated and pleasant. We stayed here during the Halloween carnival, and it was the perfect spot—close enough to walk to all the fun and easily return to rest after a long night of enjoying the costumes and festivities.Wells Fargo ATM is right there , Erewhon is opening across the street .

Parking is pricey at $50 per day although it's a covered, secure garage. Housekeeping upon request. $300 security deposit on a card is required. Some staff are excellent- and the rest should not be working in hospitality. Out-dated phones and carpeting, broken light bulbs and fixtures (VERY DANGEROUS), furniture could get an upgrade. No screens on windows. Some rooms have a balcony but most don't. Lofts are very nice, unique, and trendy, with the bathroom being downstairs. Cleanliness - not too bad, dust accumulates from rooms being empty but overall in my opinion, decent enough that I would rebook in the future

The room was nice and clean, though it is a little outdated. The laminate floors were clearly worn out and scrapped, and the furniture was the cheap type you find at a Big Lots store; but at least the bed was comfortable.
We were told right up from that room service needed to be requested 24 hours in advance…but they’d be happy to provide new towels as needed. There is an automatic $50 fee per day for parking…

Had a really nice stay for four nights at the hotel. The review average is too low. It’s true the interiors are dated, which is reflected in the price. But it’s easily made up for by the fantastic location, the pool, and good vibes. I felt totally safe and the room was clean. Lots of healthy food options right outside. Would go back!

I stayed here out of convenience on two different occasions. The location is perfect. Grocery stores, restaurants and a bank are within walking distance. I stayed here because it is close to Cedars Sinai where my loved one is currently a patient. The staff at the hotel was nice enough. You need to request housekeeping a day ahead. The rooms could use a deep cleaning, dusting and upgrades. The hotel has old-school carpet. I'm sure these are the reasons the hotel prices are so inviting. While the hotel could use upgrades, it definitely served it's purpose. I had a clean place to sleep and shower. There's a large mirror on the wall which is kinda cool. Each room has a small fridge and coffee maker.
