Ok the indoor pool area is incredible and includes a nice whirlpool hot tub , and a really fun game room. The dining area is comfortable and spacious, and has a decent bar if you want to grab a drink. The rooms are clean and come with TV including cable, microwave, shower, and heat and air. The staff are polite and professional. The cook who handles the continental breakfast is my favorite person ever. And the continental breakfast will blow your mind. Love this hotel, great rates , and very accommodating. Definitely check it out when you get a chance.

Zero stars. WARNING!! Miss advertising. No kid pool, no slides, gross room, staff said the amenities haven’t been operational in years Pictures online are false. Smoke smell everywhere, exhaust smell coming from vents, burn holes in blankets, dead bugs everywhere. Booked for my kids birthday. Checked in online then immediately checked out. Attempted refund and was given a business card for my concerns. Still trying to get refund for the 5 seconds we were there. Mad. Just don’t waste your time.

WARNING! Miss advertising. Slides and kid pool haven’t been operational in years. Pictures online are not true. Booked for son’s birthday and immediately left. Smelled like cig smoke everywhere, vents smelled like exhaust, dead bugs, burn holes in blankets, unable to get refund immediately for being on site for 5min, was given a business card to follow up on refund. Still mad still waiting on refund.

We were able to get a lower level room and right by the door which was great when we wanted to smoke. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was nice & price was fair.

I had called ahead and asked if I could get my rooms together and I mentioned the kind of rooms I had and they said no problem. I get there they tell me they don't have them rooms together not even on the same floor. My room wasn't ready they said 10 min it was 30. There were hair ties in the shower from the people before us the bathroom door locked but could be pushed open I mentioned it nothing happened. There were cigarette butts in the pool area and ants. They shut off our cards at 10 lucky we were in the room when we left the sheets and towels from the day before we're still in the halls. The baby pool doesn't work would have been nice if it was mentioned that is why we went there to start with. At the time of check in I saw the kidding pool was down the guy at the desk told me the city shut it down I told him I would have went somewhere else like Par 4 and he told me their's wasn't working either because the city shut their's down. I stopped there and he lied to me their's never was down Very disappointed.

I got there around 1:30pm and taking a nap from my drive I was woken up by a male housekeeper banging on my door telling me to open up. And then the next day with my do not disturb hanger on the doorknob I went to the lobby to get a coffee and housekeeping had went into my room and locked me out for around 20 minutes. I could hear them in my room but no one would respond. HVAC didn’t work, small amounts of blood on my pillow

Nice updated rooms with comfy beds. Very clean. We stay here every year but wish they had more king beds. I think they told me there are only seven in the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet is nice, nothing fancy but it's good. It would be nice to have additional space to hang wet towels other then the tiny rack that is in the bathroom. Also the ice maker on our floor did not work. The pool is great. It's larger than most hotel pools and kids would enjoy it a lot. There's also a hot tub but the jets are barely working. It's been that way for a long time. Overall, this is a good hotel for the money!

the location is great and the hotel is really cool my biggest concern is the rooms! they are dirty and not clean at all i found blood stains on my my mattress and the mattress was just covered in yellow stains as well. the walls in the bathroom are covered in like mold or mildew and there were holes in the walls i had to stick tissue in the holes cause they went all the way through! the rooms were just really concerning and gross. the complementary breakfast is actually good! the bar is also really nice
