The staff was friendly and professional at checkin. The room was clean & comfortable with all of the standard amenities (hairdryer, shampoo, microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker, etc.) The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet so I had a great sleep, too. There was breakfast in the lobby.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! I made a reservation here specifically because they are pet friendly. After I gave them all my information & got my room key, I then got turned away because I had a cat with me. I even called ahead of time to make sure that wasn’t a problem & I was told it wasn’t. They then told me to my face I would get a full refund. 2 days later I see in my bank statement they charged me full price anyways. I have been calling everyday for a week getting the runaround from each employee telling me I’ll get my reimbursement. Now we’re at the point where they must have my number memorized & they are ignoring my phone calls. I called their number off a friend’s phone & once they knew it was me they hung up. This morning I filed a complaint with corporate. This hotel is so beyond unprofessional & has DISGUSTING customer service. I am waiting on a resolution with corporate for my refund over a week later. For the price they charge, go to a nicer place & actually get your money’s worth.

We had awesome experience. Room was clean, spacious, in room amenities were more than expected. Enjoyed in their fitness center. Breakfast had lots of variety to enjoy. The location was great with easy access to the highway. We will be back. Thank you Ramada Inn.

The young lady who checked us in was so helpful and accommodating. She was the only good thing about this experience. When we got into the room, we noticed that there was a strange smell. My boyfriend had gone downstairs and let the manager Ryan know, and he said that he would come upstairs when we left to spray something in the room. Within 30 minutes, after I had already taken a short nap, we also noticed blood on the duvet and brown spots on the sheets. I felt completely disgusted and dirty! We both had gone downstairs and let them know that we could get over having that smell in the room, but we need new sheets. As I was stripping off the old sheets so that I could make the bed with the new sheets I had found multiple huge stains of what I would assume is urination and other bodily fluids. My boyfriend had gone downstairs and let them know that we will not be staying here. He was met by a gentleman at the front desk with a nonchalant attitude and a smirk on his face. The fact that we were being charged about $200 a night to stay in a room with human bodily fluids on the sheets and duvets and the bed itself is insane. There were so many health violations within our room. It looked like room service never even came to clean anything before we got there. The pictures on their website are incredibly deceiving. Never again.

Add steps pool and hot tub. When asked they responded NO hung up the phone on me. Room was disgusting with several stain all over the walls and carpet. Bed lumpy and uncomfortable. Staff are rude and don't give you any information when checking in a out breakfast or parking or check out. Witnessed two couples getting refunds once they had discovered their room in the lobby. The smell in the room smells like an old ash tray. Bathroom did even look cleaned. Heater sounded like a airplane taking off each time it kicked on. My advice don't stay here. Pay a little extra and find anywhere else to trust your security and sleep.

When I arrived I was told the room type I had selected was not available, but I would be given a different type (better) for no additional cost. I will confirm this with the manager in a few minutes. I had read many critical reviews, but my room is clean, all lights and amenities are functional, and I have hot water. No complaints.

Follow up: Room rate was confirmed for the original price. I'm satisfied.

LONG READ BUT PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING!! Stayed here 3/27-3/30 Lets start with the photos. ONLINE DOES NOT MATCH IN PERSON! Upon my 7pm check in the gentlemen working told me my stay was cancelled and he could not rebook me at the rate i booked. I asked for a manager and he told me it wouldn't matter that they have the right to cancel whatever they want because its private property. Then I called Ramada they instructed me to call Expedia who i booked through. Expedia did not have my reservation cancelled in their system and told me to call Ramada. I recalled Ramada and was on the phone for 3 & 1/2 hours only to get hung up on and then when i called back told they couldn't escalated because customer care was closed. Annoyed and defeated I booked a new single night stay (I was booked for 3 nights) When i finally got back to hotel at 11p it was a new employee working. She was extremely confused as to why the other employee could help me she found my original reservation and less than 10 minutes i had key cards. HOWEVER, after getting into the room I was completely disgusted. The room was clearly not cleaned prior to my check-in. To start the bathroom was the most crack house thing i have ever seen! Shower curtain had red and pink stains on it the bottom had black mold. Behind the toilet the walls were peeling from water damage and mold. The floors had a thick sticky substance smeared all over. The toilet had human fluids all over it. I went to the store and spent $75 on cleaning supplies!! The "living room" the sofa and chairs had white stains on them. the wall art had mucus smeared and the ottomon had POOP on it. I asked an employee for cleaning rags and never saw them again. I did get a broom and sweep the entire room because the floor was covered in dirt, rocks, and gunk. WE DID NOT SLEEP UNDER THE COVERS!! the bedding had stains all over it. We spent $50 on our own bedding. This is the nastiest most unhospitable hotel I have ever been to. I DO NOT RECOMMED!

Positive: Pretty quiet. Comfortable. Breakfast was nice too. Negative: The tissue box in the bathroom was virtually empty when I got there. Two tissues left in the box. That was annoying. The crew should have addressed this before calling the room good for the next visitor.
