Hotel a bit further away from restaurants, cafés etc. But the rooms were good. Comfi beds, clean bathroom. Needed to change our room as not enough space for my mobility scooter. Staff were great with this and swapped our room. Staff very good and knowledgeable about local places to go. You deffo need a car out here, as main downtown area a few miles away. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Pool area clean, used the jacuzzi it was so refreshing.

we booked this hotel for the heart concert and you can tell that it's older but they have a pool and a hot tub that worked and the staff was amazing!!!!! the day that we were there. One of the housekeepers was sick, so there was only one housekeeper and so we did our best to clean up our room and put the dirty laundry in the corner for her to make her day less stressful they told us great places to eat how to get to places, very knowledgeable and eager to help us and it was kind of sad to see that you know the hotel wasn't that full that you could tell back in the day it was a great place to have a weddings or company parties or what have you the complemental breakfast was good and hot and there was lighting in the parking lot and there's gates so it's a safe place to stay and the price was right so I would hope that this hotel gets more service and people staying there and the most exciting part was that it was right by Goodwill that we spent five hours in!!!!!!

Rooms were comfortable and clean - no issues. Front desk workers were sketchy (pretty sure we walked in on one set doing cocaine) but very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast. Quiet, especially considering full capacity with state basketball and tons of kids! Pool was packed so we didn't use it but it looked fun!

The best part of the hotel was the guy that worked at the front desk. He kept it real (In attitude, outfit, and kindness), offered advice, and was nothing but excellent. I had an issue with my room and he went out of his way to fix it even when he didn’t have the resources. He is the best person I’ve ever met working at a hotel.

Positive: The location was great for our needs. Also it was quiet and easy to find. Negative: We had three rooms one was more dirty than the other two but all were slightly unclean. In one lipstick on a couple of the towels, another a wad of hair in the bed but the final room had no hot water, hair all over! And the breakfast staff rude.

Pleasant and helpful staff at the front desk. Had a few issues with the room which were immediately addressed! Rooms are nice and breakfast is satisfactory. Hotel is close to the heart of downtown Spokane, and also close to the freeway. Prices are good.

Positive: I like the workers and the rooms are pretty nice and I like that it has a pool. I like they use do e shampoo and conditioner in the rooms and body wash Negative: I kindly asked if I could move rooms but was told no. The pool wasn't even open which was my main reason for staying there. They should update that online. They didn't have a free breakfast like it also says online. They're guest laundry wasnt available.

We spent about 20 minutes in this hotel before we canceled our stay, got a refund, and went to the Fairfield hotel. Here’s why: |First all the reviews on here are skewed; they ONLY point customers to TripAdvisor if you are most likely to leave a favorable review. It’s in the email they auto send you. (If you select “no, I did not enjoy my stay,” they point you to private feedback)|Secondly, the front desk staff was phenomenal. She should get a raise.|Now for the reality of our stay: even though it says on their website they provide a hot breakfast, when you first check in you’re greeted with a sign that says, “No breakfast available.”|Also, even though they’re booking website and your receipt will claim there is a pool… No. There is no pool.|A gym? Nope. |Once you’re in the room (222), do NOT turn on the heater. It will smell like a wet dog died. |As a bonus the employees vape in the elevators, so it smells like sickening sweet strawberry vape juice. |The front desk gal did give us a full refund and apologized profusely.|Over all, 4/5 stars. Only slight trauma.
