Positive: The breakfast was good. The orange juice and cranberry juice tasted different but overall it was cool. The water from the shower was nice and hot. Negative: The carpet in the room was really hard to walk on, not enough luggage carts. Most importantly the bathroom does not have shower bars (handles).

Was not even in my room longer than 1 hr. Toilet would begin running every minute, lamp/bathroom lights did not work, bug found in my bathtub, and lady in the front would not give me a refund for the night. Claimed it was not refundable, then told me to speak to whoever booked the hotel for the refund, then told me she could refund the rest of my days just not tonight. Place is awful and service is terrible. Multiple people were having issues the same time I was as well. DO NOT STAY HERE

UPDATE: They would not give me a refund for my first night, so I requested a different room in which the shower was FILTHY. The curtain was stained, the tub was filthy with dirt and debris. My other coworkers stated they had to put towels down in the tub in order to shower because it was so dirty. Also heard of multiple of my coworkers having pee or sweat stains on their sheets!?! As you can see with the comment under this, the owner of this place doesn’t care about fixing these issues, just concerned about how I can get a refund.

Positive: Good room's size, very good breakfast, very friendly Staff great location. Negative: Everything was great, but I found gun dhell on the floor next to my bed, and I thought it wasn't vacuumed very well. I delivered the shell to the front desk

Apparently they dont care about medical disabilities I have bad knees and back that require medical restrictions at work but even though my company BNSF spends tons of money here I get no where with staff. I requested ground floor and close to door if possible and was told since Im with BNSF I only get third floor. And at end of hall as far from elevator or door as possible. Will never stay here again

Positive: Breakfast was really good. Negative: The bathroom fixtures were old and the cold water didn't work ..only hot from the sink faucet. I also didn't like that they required a $100 hold on my card that wouldn't be released for several days.
