I ordered the new Brisket burger which I did not have a chance to taste because they forgot my sons chicken sandwich, so I gave him my burger. Also ordered 3 T-Pain meals, two burgers and a chicken sandwich (the one they forgot). The burgers were very cold and did not look appetizing at all. The fries were warm and decent. I had a bad experience food wise last time i went as well. I don't know why I went back. I Will not go back again. If i were TPain I would not want my name used to advertise terrible quality food. I would be embarrassed.

Ordered a "Double" of the Philly Steak Burger. No Onions...this is what I got. A single hr burger patty with both types of onions. Hire people that know how to read This Rally's always messes up something.

I love this Rallys, so do my little trouble makers. The best part of this place is the reasonably priced menu. Food is tasty and flavorful. Portions are better than expected even the 2 for $4 bbq bacon 🍔 is filling. Overall, it's open late, everything is good, service workers are kind, make sure you have all your sauces and order correct; They are nice on the sauce hardly ever charge and kind when you ask.

Don't like how you can't see employees from walk up windows, you have to wait until someone finally comes and open covered window then take your order, that happens at most all in Sandiego! Change that and you will get more business! Lot's of people likes to get out of car and walk to windows!

Oh hi, you may remember a post here from someone complaining about this place constantly closing well before actual closing time, and then maybe seeing Rally's reply because they were super concerned with hearing from me and making things right.

They ignored me, all 4 of my emails. The emails THEY ASKED ME FOR. And several updates to the original post. They clearly have a setup for getting notified of new negative reviews, then copy/paste a lazy comment under it about how super duper sorry they are, and how they'll just not be complete in life unless they can make it better! Then they just ignore that email inbox. Miss one or two emails? Sure, possible. 4? GTFO.

They didn't even talk to the actual restaurant either (which is all I wanted) because they still consistently close early. So pathetic, and beyond obnoxious. Gee, I sure hope that every person who reads this review will make that policy backfire on them, every reply to a review just angering them more and more since they now know it actually means nothing and is only an attempt to deceive. That would be teeeeeeeeeeeeerrible.

I went to Rally's this morning and asked for a glass of water because I was riding my bike and needed it and the guy refused was very rude said I needed to pay $0.35 for a glass of water and I just been there the day before ordered two meal deals but couldn't carry the drinks so I paid for it but didn't get my drinks the day before so whatever he thought I owed him for the glass of water was paid for the day before plus I've gotten where water there before and there was never a charge. The guy's name was Raul and he was extremely rude and unprofessional,to a customer, a valued customer, such as myself which isn't good for business

The menu is Americana burgers and fries. It's what you would expect, but there are some menu tweaks that make them worth a visit. The order format is now automated via the drive-thru. This allows the service crew to prepare and serve faster. They are very popular, locally. My daughter loves their food.
