Comfortable and clean, very simple but everything you need! 🙂 mattress is very comfortable and we slept good. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Free parking and breakfast is huge plus.
Definitely staying here again.

The room had a little smoke smell in it and the bathroom faucet drained slowly but overall it was a very nice quiet stay here! I will definitely be returning!

I will be fare and honest in my review,
I came 2 times before midnight time and i met the most rude and unhelpful and unprofessional girl ever at the front disk, but other than that the hotel is very clean and safe and in a good area and the room service is perfect and manager is very nice and helpful

I reserved multiple days and came back after an extremely DIFFICULT day at work to find that my room which I left my drinks and loose change in was OCCUPIED by another guest. The gentleman at the office lied to me said that he had called twice to verify if we were no longer going to stay(?),, which neither I NOR my companion had any missed calls all day.. I don’t understand why if there was an error on their end why would he have to lie to me for; they moved me right next to an area where work was being performed all day.

All I could say is that my only days to rest were filled by uninterested personnel, contractors making loud noises all day, and being directly ACCUSED of smoking weed. I won’t lie I’m glad they actually let me get some breakfast because that was very delicious but..

I promise with all sincerity that YOUr hard earned money WOULD BE BETTER OFF ELSEWHERE!

This was a very nice experience. These people are running a nice place. We stayed here three days and they were always pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was usual fare for a motel but was tasty and well presented. Rooms were clean and bright. Anything we needed was provided. great place to stay in the Mission district in Riverside.

As other people have mentioned, don't let the outside look of the hotel make you decide against staying here. The rooms are very clean with great bedding. The owners were very nice. They saw I was using a walking cane wrong and asked me if I needed a first floor room to avoid stairs. For at least half of the price of the major chain hotels plus free parking you can't go wrong.
