EVERYTHING HERE WAS VERY UNPLEASANT ... AND IF YOU'RE THE OWNER AND READ THIS AND CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS MAYBE FIX IT MULTIPLE ISSUES... ZERO STARS , this place should be shut down. Read reviews before going to places I should have. It seems like they do own the hotel to live there, it's also a mechanic shop because they had a whole row of cars in the back with the hoods up working on them. Kids running everywhere touch people's cars that aren't there's . TV didn't work , outlets didn't work, no towels. Had a pool and Jacuzzi. But jacuzzi was freezing cold and should have said something on the website saying it doesn't work.
Got a non smoking rooms and there were burn marks in the sheets, bugs in the rooms and just horrible customer service. Told lady at the "window" about everything and she had no solution and or remorse about anything. Horrible place no one should ever Go here .....

The room was great, it was spacious and beds were great. The downside was there where people smoking all day and night in front of kids, my car was parked and kids decided to jump on the hood, make dents and the parents did nothing to stop them, my fiance reported it to the office and they did nothing, next day this little kid is giving him the finger, the day we where leaving those same kids where playing with a little kid barely a year old, he fell and the older kids where kicking him and the adults did nothing. The pool was really unavailable for the guests because all the people below us took over it ALL day and night, leaving a mess of clothes, cans, trash, parking was limited due to ladies sitting there white chairs and smoking.

This is a family owned hotel so that it can be family occupied. Don't stay here even as a last resort. It is filthy, and the fact that they rent out MAYBE 6 rooms and the rest live there is scary. They gathered while their kids dominated the tiny pool and ran the stairwell and second floor balcony late into the night. I watched the few other guests squeeze out of the lot early in the morning because they double and triple park up the lot with so many cars. I don't know how what they do is legal, like I said not just unsafe but scary.

First - before anything else- almost all these reviews are accurate. No one is exaggerating one bit. I booked 3 rooms. In my room, there was no fridge, microwave, hand towels, washcloths, hair dryer, iron, or phone. Or artwork. The other two had some combination of these...but no phones, hand towels, or wash cloths. It wasn't necessary because it was just a place to crash in between where we came from and where we were going. However I'd like to add a much more troubling experience that would hopefully give you significant pause if you were thinking about it, despite the other reviews (which I wish I had seen before booking). None of the 3 rooms had working smoke detectors. I don't mean dead batteries. I mean the whole unit was missing. I found the housing on a high shelf with no battery and tape over the sensor in my room. Additionally, in my room, there were scorch marks on the furniture and a burn on the laminate flooring that went all the way through the board. There were trash and cigarette butts everywhere outside, and the doors were difficult to open and close. This is a literal death trap. I didn't sleep at all - most likely out of hypervigilance since I have had two fires in my house ( one electrical right after I moved in and one lithium battery that randomly caught fire.) Smoke detectors are essential to me. This is sooo unsafe and it hurts my heart because there are small children living there. Avoid this place. At all costs. Your car is better than this place.

Only got 2 towels. No wash clothes no hand towels. Room was great, even though it wasn't that clean. I don't think they have good cleaners at all. They don't tell you, you need to pay 40 deposit to check out by 11. Makes no sense. The front desk lady was quite rude when I checked in. Treated like I was a criminal or something. I should've asked for a refund due to the cleanliness of the room.

I get there, get my bags.Have the kids sit on a bed watching t.V.In one room while my other room that I got I want to go take a shower. My partner that was there too.Couldn't get the TV on in that room. I couldn't get any of the outlets to work for a blow dryer.I had to unplug the microwave and be away from the mirror in order to dry my hair. I took the kids down to the pool.Having even had a chance to check out the room yet to see what's going on there and the Jacuzzi's cold.The bubbles don't work so there's no pressure it sizzles. We go back up to the room because my kids are cold after 10 minuget. Took us about twenty minutes to get two toddlers to get dressed. And we checked out of the room that didn't have electricity.They didn't want to give us our money back for that one. Because we used it for the shower. Then when we get back at I wanna say nine thirty As I'm, I'm packing in the only room that we is a roach. Crawling on the wall that has no patch on it, just take, I get it. It's then I find out that my kids are laying on smoke infested. Blankets, thank God they're not allergic. The one that is alerted to smoke didn't come this time. Oh, and they?
Couldn't give me exercise that we already used in chlorine water.They only have one at the front desk.And that wasn't allowed to get another one until tomorrow.Like really?You gave us all one towel to go swimming and take showers with. And only one bath plug. If you stay here, please bring bug spray, watch your sheets and make sure you do it right when you get there.Because apparently we've been there all day And we don't get to have a refund even though I say you're place is infested with roaches.You did not disclose you have roach investigation.Therefore I want my money back.Your other room could not be Qualified to be even considered livable. That place is just a Nonsense.

Room smelled strong like black mold and we all woke up with a headache. Sheets and bed were stained. Ran out of parking spots and had to pay for parking one hotel over as there is no street parking. Crackhead was chainsawing furniture in front of our door late at night. Like others said… better off staying in your car.

Rooms are to be expected for that area, not horrible for a weekend at most, but no working tv and the roach population was more than even a local like me is used to.
