Joel was the best. We did park and ride but on our return the car was dead eventually a tow arrived. Joel made us feel comfortable and not in the way. Provided water ami g other things and was just so helpful. He’s the best. The others at the radisson were also lovely.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. The material of whatever it is you’re using to rest, whether it be a pillow and/or a blanket, the sheets, must be of high quality and high thread count as I immediately begin to feel myself being engulfed and dragged down by the comforts of sleep every time I experience any of the hotels thread count. The fold is excellent, gourmet at its finest. It was so delicious I looked forward to every meal!

Nice clean rooms, fairly comfortable beds and pillows. Can be pretty noisy with maid staff if you are on a late schedule and trying to sleep in. Amazing breakfast, better than most restaurants. Smoked brisket and potatoes with egg, chicken and waffles, omelets, salmon. Best hotel breakfast I have had in this country and I spend 150+ nights per year in hotels for the last 15 years.

We staid twise at this hotel in October and November, before and after a flight to Hawaii. A very convenient airport hotel, close to the airport. Spacious and comfortable rooms, with comfortable beds, great shower and good sound insulation is really all you want. The restaurant was very simple and we decided just to take the breakfast at the airport it self.

Positive: A spacious and nicely furnished suite, an excellent location, efficient elevators, and a restaurant that was better than hotel restaurants usually are. Negative: Neither of the 2 computers in the business center were working when I needed access, and no one on hand could get them to work. The mini-kitchen in my suite had green tea but no caffeinated tea.

This hotel is really rather nice, and is cosy in the rooms with great air conditioning and a nice cosy bed to sleep in. I had no issues with the property, however the service was very slow, and poor which had let it down somewhat and this included charges being hidden and not informed, room cleaning not being done (as needs to be requested apparently if staying more than one day) and also constant calls to my room.||The hotel staff were apologetic, but they still kept calling my room, and not really answering questions that I had asked and the room cleaning was lacklustre. ||The hotel needs to realise that hiding or not informing us of this kind of information is not our issue, and is their own and they should not hide charges on any Expedia, Hotels.com or other site let alone their own.||I was looking forward to staying with them again to give them another opportunity to make good what they did bad last time (as per their Expedia review reply asking for this) and they went behind my backs and shut my booking down and sent absolute horrendous report to Expedia against me for simply addressing issues I had rightfully raised after the bad experience last time. They clearly think I was trying on!||I have sent a report to BBB and their head office over this as that report they sent Expedia is absolutely horrible and I advise if you have any negative issues, be aware they may try this nasty behaviour with you.||I've never had this done by any other Radisson hotel, or other brand hotel. They are a huge let down on the brand.

Super fun flying across the country with the understanding that our room was paid for only to find out the super secret pay it or sleep outside fee. We were on a very strict budget and this hotel stealing $100 from us, even if temporarily, literally kept us from having more than one day of looking for a place to move into. Definitely spend a little more to stay elsewhere that will be upfront with you on fees when booking.

recently checked into the Radisson and had a mixed experience. The booking process over the phone was smooth, though the person I spoke to had me repeat my last name multiple times, which felt a bit unnecessary. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was a lot less welcoming. The front desk agent, Tania, was extremely unpleasant. I waited for a smile or any sort of warmth, but instead, she seemed irritated. When my card was declined due to international travel, she was rude and insisted that they wouldn’t accept it, even though she had already tried. I ended up using a different card, but she gave me the vibe as if she was questioning my ability to pay.

When I asked for help with my bags, she said no help was available, and she didn’t even attempt to call for assistance. Throughout the interaction, it felt like she was bothered by me. Andrea, the other staff member at the desk, wasn’t any better. Both of them could really benefit from a smile and some basic customer service skills.

Overall, the lack of friendliness and professionalism left a sour impression, especially for my first time here. I’m hoping the rest of my stay will be better, but based on my experience so far, this will likely be my last time at this hotel.

I’ll update my review after check-out, but for now, it’s a solid 2 stars.
