We had a wonderful time celebrating our 3rd anniversary while tasting delicious wine around Seneca Lake. Fred was extremely knowledgeable and had a lovely personality! He shared many great stories and knowledge about wine/the area. The wineries he chose to bring us to were great & unique in their own way. He also made sure to take photos of us enjoying our day! What a day!!! We were in the area for a 30th birthday and our group had the best time. We did the 5 hour wine tour on Cayuga Lake and Michelle was the greatest. When we decided to visit the Finger Lakes and do a tour I was initially overwhelmed be all of the wineries and where to go and which place would be fun, once I called and booked Quality Wine Tours they completely took over. The owner, Jim, was great on the phone and assured me that Michelle would create an itinerary and book all reservations. She took us to three great wineries and on the way home, we loved the first one so much we went back again!

She knows the area very well and was able to teach us about the areas and wine types. The places she chose were fun, and well-run. Even in the midst of this covid-19 summer!

I would highly recommend this company and Michelle. If we ever come back we will be using this service again. Great value and great times.

Had a wonderful time with our drivers, Darrin and Mike. They took us to some beautiful wineries and were extremely accommodating and thoughtful! A little pricy but overall worth it.

We booked an SUV for a 4 person wine tour around Seneca Lake this weekend. Dave was knowledgeable, took us to great places and was a delight to spend the day with! Would definitely book with them again!

Jim was exceptional to deal with in booking & gaining our preferences! Booking was easy & well organized! We were very pleased with the car, driver and service! Dave was prompt, professional and was extremely knowledgeable of the wineries and wines and chose well for us based on our preferences. As the busiest weekend of the year, he called ahead to determine next stops based on what the wait times so we could make the most of our day and customized the trip as we went based on our likes! He scored us a tasting reservation at the end at an amazing winery! It was a beautiful & perfect day!

We will definitely use Quality again!

Quality Tours was wonderful from the moment I called them right until we had to say goodbye to our driver and new friend!! Jim helped me with the details of my husband's birthday surprise 2-day private wine and beer tour - after discussing our likes and dislikes, he passed the information onto our driver, Mike. I got confirmation emails with all of the details - the cost was very fair. Our driver Mike was fabulous with communication - he text the night before to confirm the plans and meeting time/spot. He was on time and had a great day planned! He gave us a few options to pick from and was really great about going with the flow - he called ahead and had reservations for us at most places, and walked us in to get settled at each tasting. He was so easy-going and we really enjoyed getting to know him. He definitely made our trip more fun!! I have nothing bad to say and would use Quality Tours (and ONLY ride with Mike) again!!!

We had a gorgeous day with our driver, Michelle. She curated a great itinerary based on our groups tastes and even made a quick pivot to add in an ice cream stop when we all needed a quick refreshment! My partner and I were trying to make the best of COVID, and went to the Finger Lakes for the first time and we wanted to tour some wineries while we were there. After a lot of research, I found Quality Wine and Brew Tours was the best value overall. Given the need to socially distance, we felt that the precautions that Quality Wine and Brew Tours has in place would keep us safe-- and we were not disappointed.

Our experience was FABULOUS! We have already recommended Quality Wine and Brew Tours to several family and friends. We had a great time with Dan (our driver) and I really appreciated his approach to the wineries and his genuine interest in our opinions on the wineries. It was a pleasant surprise that Dan made reservations at all of the wineries for us. He was also a great tour guide when providing information on different parts of the Finger Lakes.

As someone who is always the planner and the designated driver, it was such a relief to have someone else plan what wineries we would go to (based on what we like to drink), make the reservations, and drive us safely from one winery to the next. We are looking forward to booking with them again when we return to the Finger Lakes.
