Really dated. Could use a major refresh. This is actually an old style motel with doors on the outside. Location is essentially the parking lot of the abandoned Auburn Mall. Bathroom had a terrible moldy smell and needs a new shower head for better water pressure. Breakfast was pretty below average and just wish the coffee tasted good. If coffee was good quality I would not have cared about the breakfast. Our TV would not change channels and was stuck on the same channel. Bed was pretty comfortable actually but sheets were not breathable at all (synthetic maybe?) so slept very hot. Actually a nice surprise that we were visited by housekeeping on the day before checkout. Not sure if that was a mistake on their part because I saw a sign at the front desk saying there would not be housekeeping during our stay. We paid $1100 to stay 3 nights during a football weekend and we should’ve maybe paid half that based on quality.

After reading the reviews we decided to try this hotel because it was half the price of the nearby Marriott. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke and the room was insanely humid and sticky, despite the AC running all night. We asked to move but were told no other rooms were available. The banging around of the people above us didn’t bother us but I could see it being annoying for others. Even after a shower we feel like we immediately need another one-the room was that unpleasant. We do like the location but Unfortunately we will not be returning.

The room was fine and the room was clean. They kept it clean. |My fault for not looking carefully, but there was no pool, very disappointing. The washing machine didn’t work, so we had to use a laundry mat. I informed the gentleman at the front desk as I asked about the whereabouts of a laundry mat. He didn’t seem concerned at all and just gave me instructions to the mat. But other than that, the staff was nice. The housecleaning staff were two men and they were very accommodating and nice and efficient . Breakfast was fine. |We decided to stay an extra night after being there 5 days and they charged us more.☹️. I didn’t even think about asking if it would be the same price or cheaper. I just figured it would at least be the same price as the previous ones. |It was quiet and we felt comfortable staying there.

Got a "courtesy call" at 10:30am to "remind me that Check-out is at 11am"; never had a call like this prior to the appointed Check-out time. I work nights so I typically check out at the appointed time.

I would suggest that these types of "courtesy calls" be made if the guest is still in the room after Check-out or at least wait until 5 minutes prior. Otherwise, your guest will see it as being rushed away by housekeeping...

Best Quality Inn we’ve ever visited. We forgot to take pictures but it was super clean and very quiet. Really enjoyed this stay and would definitely stay here again. It’s behind the old Red Lobster building. Close to the mall.

My friend is disabled. She went to the night window. She was being dropped off.He wanted to know the make a model of the vehicle. She said I was being dropped off. I am not driving. The man was sitting on his butt on his phone. Lazy a$$es. Acted as if he did not want to help her. When asked where the room was, "it's upstairs" was his reply. There was no help to get her luggage to her room. I am sorry she had to go thru this. Yall need better people at this place. Quality Inn behind Red Lobster in Auburn. She deserves to get her money back. I guess no help for disabled people. If I could I would give "0" on all!! Please don't go there. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment. I travel for a living, and I have stayed at much more expensive places that were not as clean. This bed was so comfortable, the pillows are actually pillows that don't sink to the bed when you lay your head down. I like that they don't have carpet in their rooms. Most hotel carpets are disgusting. I don't usually stay at hotels that have doors on the outside, but this location is by Auburn University and is in a safe and quiet area. I was very impressed with the customer service and with my stay.

Positive: The staff were excellent helpful, kind, friendly! Negative: The doors were all outside facing. Was not expecting that since I was traveling alone.
