The motel was fine for a night or two. If you follow me at all you know I'm on an extended road trip. This is the last leg of my trip. So this place was okay.
Clean room, quiet, felt safe for a solo traveler, bathtub, very hot water, good pressure, ice machine close.
Breakfast was not worth getting up for unless you need coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker. Awful eggs only know they were eggs cause they were yellow. Bread & muffins. Of course everyone has a waffle machine. Packaged oatmeal. There was 3 yogurt's offered so you must show up early if you want one.
Ok lets just say non of it was for me.
So motel is fine forget breakfast sleep in.

Stay went smoothly. Room was overall clean but carpet is old and smelly. Smelled like cigarettes. No breakfast available for 2 days other than coffee and small muffin. No waffle mix, eggs etc main breakfast things. Very disappointing. Booked this inn because I thought breakfast would be included hoping it would be one less thing to worry about.

Jay, the young man who is the host here, provided the absolute BEST I've ever experienced, well really anywhere during our five night stay. The rooms are okay, they are what you'd expect from a Quality Inn, but again, any concerns we had, Jay would immediately tell us what was within his control as the host, and got it done when he said he would. The House Keepers were all great and kept our room very clean. Anyways. If you need a budget motel, this is definitely good. It's a budget inn so taper what you expect, but the staff was great.

If the manager is reading this, give Jay a raise and a paid vacation! That man was running around the premises form down to dusk! 😂 He's earned it. Good work 🙂

We booked a non smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes and carpet was very dirty. Staff was notified and we were able to move rooms which was definitely in better condition. Location is kind of far from the town center but there are restaurants nearby. Beds are comfy and bathroom is very big. Has all the amenities you would need, and has free breakfast.

I stayed in a room with my grandson. We both agreed the hotel was well-named. The room was already cool when we arrived--the outside temperature was 105 so it was nice not to have to wait for the room to cool down. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet. What did I like best of all? The bathroom. I haven't stayed anywhere recently that had such a great bathroom! Instead of a sink separate from the tub/shower and toilet area, it was one room with plenty of space to move around and get ready at either end of the day! What a luxury!!

We stopped in on our way North up to Humboldt. They accommodated our late check in, the room was super clean, very quiet and decently well appointed. Bathroom was also super clean and the shower worked fantastic. Great inexpensive option if you need a clean, quiet place to rest.
