Positive: The staff was wonderful! I had some special requests and they were very accommodating. They saved my trip! Great breakfast and coffee available throughout the day! Negative: It's an older property but it's clean and hospitable.

I needed a place to stay for the night and this place was worth its money. It's right off the freeway so I didn't need to worry too much about getting lost. There are a few fast food places near by so that is a nice perk. The lady at the desk was really nice and informative.

As for the hotel itself. It's pretty nice, at the current time I was staying (Aug 2024). There was some construction going on in the hotel but, I hardly heard a thing. The room was really nice, I had a king bed with plenty of room to move around in. The bathroom was pretty nice, I wished I had time to take a nice bath. And the TV are smart ones, so that is really great. The only thing I do have a complaint with are the pillows. I don't know if they were old but they had a funny smell to them.

Now for the complimentary breakfast. It was decent. You have make your own waffles, egg patties, hard boiled eggs, sausages, yogurt cups, cereal, coffee, and orange juice. It's a nice little perk for staying at this location

All and all this was a nice place to stay. If I come back to Yuma then I will come back to this place.

Favorite hotel in this area. Always stay here when I can. Decent breakfast, standard items. Pool and hot tub is not heated weirdly enough but still refreshing. Staff is very nice !

This is a budget hotel conveniently located. The room was clean but showing it's age. The beds were clean the shower worked and the toilet was a very nice modern model. The housekeeping and front desk crew were nice and helpful. The price is budget friendly.

Now room for improvement. Outside of some extra maintenance and upgrades some that are in progress already. The breakfast is a complete disaster!!! Extremely limited selection, not even instant oatmeal or grits. Rock hard eggs and a refrigerator that didn't keep the yogurt, eggs & cream cheese at the correct temperature. My yogurt had already started to go bad. The only things good were the make your own waffle and 2 types of cereal.

-1 star for the bad breakfast.
-1 star for the lacking maintenance, even the microwave wasn't plugged in, in the room. I had to move the entire entertainment center just to plug in the microwave. If it wasn't for the nice staff and the cheap price I wouldn't stay here.

They offer breakfast and not just a continental breakfast. You can make your own waffles!! Rooms are nice and dog friendly. Chose this spot because the rate was very good since we had no AC and had to stay at a room for the night.

We were driving through Yuma. I needed a place to stay. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. They had complementary breakfast in the morning. It was a very affordable room. We made our way back to San Diego, and I realized that I left my Apple Watch in the room. I quickly called the hotel the lady at the front desk was so sweet. She sent my watch to me, and I got it the next day super accommodating and thankful

Never made it to this hotel because of winter storm Cora called an advance to let them know that my plane was not going to make it there. Call 3 times left 2 emails in the manager Jagmeet Gill. He refuses to talk to me.NO REFUND

Wow what can I say these people are outstanding! I drive a semi it was in repair shop this was the 9th hotel I called in the Yuma,Az and they were the only ones willing to come pick me up. Thank you Omar for that I appreciate you. Lettie who works at the front desk was very helpful great attitude very professional.
Mr Gill and his management have definitely put a lot of effort work not to mention money into this place. When I checked in and opened up my door to room 154 was amazingly cold ! Wonderful!

They have a nice work desk with comfortable office chair. The bed was surprisingly comfortable slept like a baby
Very quiet no disturbance no trains no ambulances and noise unlike other places in Yuma. The refrigerator was cold worked great as well as microwave.
Showers are very nice stayed hot! I absolutely highly recommend this place.
Also they have a very nice weight room/fitness center. This morning I ate their continental breakfast it was outstanding you can make your own waffles. The lady working there her name is Michelle she deserves a pay raise of 50 cents an hour atleast! She actually took time to put napkins over paper plates so when you grab plate you get you napkin
