My family and I had our house tented. We originally booked at a different motel for may 23 to may 26. That place was disgusting!! I immediately booked 2 rooms with quality inn. I am soooo glad I did!! From check in. House keeping, to any staff member we ran into, always said hello, good morning etc. Our rooms were spotless. Thank God. The grounds were cleaned. There was always someone cleaning. I didn't experience the breakfast since I don't eat breakfast. But it smelled good.

Thank you all for making our stay perfect. Thank you Staff for the wonderful customer service!!

There is an alarmingly loud bang right outside my door every few minutes, caused by careless staff. It shakes the ground. Loud noises at all times.

Infrastructure is very old, floors are very creaky, little has been updated in many years.

The sink was already clogged when I first entered the room. It does not drain at all.

Room gets much too warm leading you to have to turn the AC wall unit (like the one you may have at home) on during the winter. However the AC has not been cleaned in far too long & has a very musty smell.

Otherwise, inexpensive & accommodated my arrival time in the middle of the night (attendants at other nearby hotels claim they have a cutoff time of when they will accept your money!). So I did appreciate that I was allowed a room at least.

I would have to be paid to ever stay at this hotel again. Sleep in your car.

Please please remodel this location literally the walls the ceiling the phones everything is yellowing due to age. The furniture looks like it is from the 70's the carpet is sticky and there is an old smell: the place is just OLD. The lobby and the exterior looked nice but the rooms is just slap in the eye. The food is alright but can you guys not STEAM the bacon and eggs? It is terrible like strips of softened wood and mush. The waffles and coffee are good though. The employees are a mixed bag one young man was very understanding friendly about our cats and one young woman just did not give a damn. But above all: REMODEL the damned place. It looks like the shining.

Room was alright. All that's visible to you is in good condition. However, upon further inspection of the room, there were some aspects left to be desired. The complimentary shampoo bottle had some greasy residue on it and the sheets had some staining on them so I later avoided that side of the bed. If it wasn't for finding them much later after check in, I might have asked for housekeeping or a new room. Price competitive and there are reasons behind that. But I had a comfortable stay and service was pleasant across the employees I interacted with. Breakfast had a good range of options from cereal, fruit, juice, pastries, waffles, and yogurt.

Quality was definitely missing! Dirty towels, moldy shower walls, dirty bathroom floor, earwig bugs in the bathroom, the room had a funny smell to it, the WiFi didn’t work for us! Would definitely not recommend nor would I stay at a quality inn again! Only gave it a star cause I had too!

Super friendly and accommodating staff! Awesome check in and check out times, better than any other hotel. A real breakfast including eggs and either bacon or sausage and pancakes or waffles, plus all the normal stuff like juice, coffee, muffins, fruit, cereal, bagels. Nice pool and hot tub. Pretty standard rooms, not the best sound proofing but other than that I loved my stay and I will be staying there again in the future!

In a few words: Stay somewhere else. There isn't nothing "quality" about this place. The hallways were in bad shape. Hotel grounds dirty. Walkways in between buildings dirty. Only 4 tables for the breakfast area. The only good thing here was the staff being nice. I felt unsafe in the rear parking lot. Doors to enter the building not secured.

This hotel is just north of Fullerton, near La Habrá, off of the 60. The location is in a business park, lite industrial area. Security seems okay. I used the Quality Inn website to obtain the best pricing available. The hotel front area and entry area are clean and groomed. There appears to be plenty of parking. The hotel lobby and breakfast seating area is very clean and well taken care of. Hallways were clean with bright clean carpeting and walls. The check in process was efficient and friendly. The agent that checked me in was professional and explained everything to me. The only problem I had, was that the room they assigned to me already had a guest in it, and i had to go back and get reassigned ( in 30 years of business travel, never had that happen to me before). The room I stayed in was clean, overall, but some of the bathroom fixtures showed water damaged, there were hairs in the shower, and the toilet seat was loose. Also, the walls must be paper thin, as I could hear everything from the guest in the room next to me, even till 2am, and had to call the front desk for a quiet down call. The breakfast bar was actually good, including waffles, fresh fried eggs, bacon, toast, gravy, oatmeal, assorted cereals, coffee/tea, juice bar, etc.
