Our volleyball team stayed here for a 3 day tournament at the convention center. The location was very convenient being so close to the venue as well as many restaurants. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, plus the laundry and meeting room were extremely useful! The girls enjoyed the free breakfast each morning especially the make your own waffle station. Lastly, the manager was very accommodating for the needs of our large group and all of the staff were extremely friendly. We were pleased with our stay!

Liked parking right outside our window in a handicap room. Really disliked the animal smell...front desk says all the rooms are pet friendly...sigh.||Liked the price, but not the "so-called" breakfast. Only hot food was the waffle machine.

The service is wonderful. Rooms were clean. But the rooms walls are too thin. Location is a challenge because of the traffic pattern. The parking lot has one way in and one way out and it's the same space. If an emergency were to happen, people could and will be challenged to escape the parking lot.

Positive: The Staff is truly outstanding, very friendly. Negative: The room was musty/mildewy. This permeated throughout the 2nd floor but I was specifically allergic to the potential mold in the room.The beds were also not very comfortable, but this is hard to complain about when we knew rate of the hotel was so low

Hello I’m part of Expedia Insiders unfortunately I didn’t book the room thru Expedia so I couldn’t make the review on there. The best part about the hotel is the great employee that worked on the night of December 26 of 2024 into the morning of 27 of December 2024. He was really helpful. I even heard him be helpful to other customers too. That’s the kind of people we need in this world. Love the stay, it is very clean hotel and they even a choice of coffee or tea at the lobby. I think you all should reward your employee. That was the best service I ever got anywhere and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. He treats people with respect and he is very helpful. I count this as a win. Thank you for the stay and you all are pretty lucky for having a great employee. One thing I have to say is that there is no eggs or bacon at all for breakfast. AI watches a wrestling team walk in and walk out of the breakfast room because there wasn’t a good breakfast at all. It’s like bread with bread. Like they have a match today and they couldn’t even get any protein to get their day started.

Room was decent but dated. Toilet seat didn't match toilet color. Bed was comfortable.

Actually liked the TV setup over the bigger chains because they weren't using a third party box.

Location is between I-5 and I-205. I wouldn't leave any valuables in car.

Breakfast was all carbs and almost no protein unless you include yogurt and milk.

Excellent staff , room was very clean & well kept, handy mw & fridge in room, nice work desk. I like the luggage shelf & the bed was good. Breakfast room was very well presented but no meat /eggs, some refrigerated pre pack eggs or mw egg sandwiches would be a nice add. Real cream coffee creamers would make the coffee ppl super happy too 😁. Overall 4-4.5 star property, I have stayed here a few times. Price is fair for rates in the area.

BED BUGS!!!!
I was not going to write a review on this hotel (it is standard for what you pay). However, after returning home from our trip my dad and I noticed itchy red bumps around our bodies. I checked for bed bugs when we first arrived but clearly did not look hard enough. There is no other explanation for our itchy bumps as we are the only ones in our family with them. This hotel has BED BUGS and I’m truly disgusted this is not something the hotel isn’t actively trying to prevent. From this we most likely brought them home with us and will probably spend about what I spent on the hotel to get rid of them. Don’t risk staying here unless you want to come home with some hitchhikers…
