I've been staying at the Quality Inn periodically over the years, and it never fails to feel like a home away from home. This hotel may not be fancy, but it's cozy, quiet, and comfortable - exactly what I need after a long day.
The service is top-notch! Every employee I've interacted with has been friendly, accommodating, and genuinely eager to help. The housekeeping staff, especially the girls who clean the rooms, are super sweet and do an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless.
The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing stay. I've always felt safe and welcomed here. The location also makes it a great choice, being conveniently close to lots of shopping stores, bars, and restaurants!
If you're looking for a no-frills, comfortable place to stay with exceptional service, look no further than the Quality Inn. I'll definitely be back!

Our room was big. It was clean. Dog friendly with lots of space w/o potty your dogs. It was a bit musty smelling but not horrible. Would stay again.

Didn't get to stay here because booking.com took money off my card , and SCREWED UP RESERVATION.. SO THEY CANCELLED THE ROOM, AND SEND US TO OTHER LOCATION, AND DID NOT FORK MONEY FOR THE ROOM, SAID THEY WILL PAY THE DIFFERENCE...

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Word of advice though, it's behind a junkyard that keeps super bright lights on all night. That's not the hotels fault, and they have compensated by adding the most blackout curtains they can, but there is only so much that they can do . Overall pleasant experience, would stay again.

This is truly quality from check-in to check-out. The rooms were immaculately cleaned. I normally find hairs in hotel bathrooms. I found none in this room's bathroom. The breakfast was always full. They would come out often to check and see what was missing. All of the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are average to poor depending on which one you have. Turn down staff is AMAZING at their job though. The issue is property maintenence and service. They consistently have issues with reservations and the breakfast is the same every single day. I've stayed at worse places absolutely, the staff is pleasant enough.

Location of this hotel was very quiet and close to many restaurants and
grocery stores. Just few min drive to Portland, OR. Hotel was in 3 seperate buildings. Our room in B building was
Efficiency room with a full kitchen with stove, full fridge and utensils. Room was large but washroom a bit small. A/C was working very wall. Daily housekeeping offered but housekeepers should pay more attention to details and clearing. staff were helpful and did their best for guest comfort but look short handed. Breakfast was mix of hot ( egg, sausages and oat ) and cold like bread, Cheese, cereals, muffins and etc. Two waffle maker were available. Almost nothing was for eating in last half-hour of the breakfast time and no one help you! Pool was in open area but hot tub under a nice wooden shade. Ice maker and vending machines also available in each building.
