A typical inexpensive hotel with the basic amenities. Room was no-frills but very clean. Window opened and AC worked well. Nice steamy hot tub. Unfortunately breakfast was slim pickings with no hot dishes like eggs or bacon, just waffle irons, cold cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee. Nothing bad about our stay, but you get what you pay for.

Current guest this weekend. Wifi doesn't work. Goes off after 3-4 minutes. Electrical outlets are all loose, the ones on the lamps and the walls, this is a hazard. Had to go buy chargers.
The hallways are dirty smelling, the carpet on stairs hasn't been cleaned in decades. The carpet on stairs full of trash. This is a high traffic area since no elevators despite having handicap parking. The rooms smell like dirty laundry. Had to go buy fabreeze to be able to stay there.
The hotel staff doesn't seem to care there are children in pool while guests are smoking drugs near by. Not very family oriented attitude.
There is no such free breakfast, it's a waffle with either yogurt or fruit loops. That's not breakfast. That's false advertisement. It's a snack. Had to go get breakfast outside.
The refrigerator doesn't cool, the freezer is defrosting on its own. Had to go buy ice.
Frankly you charged me for the full fare when we don't have any amenity you advertise. Real bad businesses. This is a cheap owner and manager who wants to take in all the cash and not do a thing to make the place livable.

If you are a person of color I don’t recommend coming here. I was visiting my family because I will be on deployment for 4 years. And my family got kicked out and their reasoning was “you let homeless people in and out of your room”. The only person in and out was me and I am not homeless. I am in the military and have a house. But because of how I look and dress I was considered homeless and my family got kicked out of their place to stay while visiting me. Disrespectful. And their backrooms are disgusting. Some rooms don’t have the problem but my family was give a room that reeked of mold and the air was thick. Again Do not recommend.

Positive: The service lady on night shift was amazing she accommodated our family perfectly. Definitely going back! Negative: Yas we had 2 rooms and one room heater did not work. So we had to run one room and keep joining door open so heat could go in the other room. Also the breakfast was unsatisfactory kids were not happy. Waffles bland they could of put some vanilla n batter.

Positive: Breakfast. Simple- but appreciated. Hot waffles. Friendly and helpful staff Negative: Its room decor is very outdated and needs updating to reflect a 2.5 star rating. Filthy hall carpet definitely needs replacing. Signage need for the entrance to to hotel parking lot/ very difficult to access at night as there is only one entrance.

Review my profile, I have never left a nasty review, but I’m about to so buckle up. First off we’re gonna get the one positive aspect of this review out of the way. Rachel was awesome and genuinely tried to help the following situation but couldn’t do much. The situation mentioned is me getting up to rip a crap around 11-12 at night, and finding cockroaches. I took videos and pictures and argued extensively with Priceline and quality inn requesting a refund, they offered $10. Laughable. Both parties claimed the other was at fault. You guys want to act asif your customers health doesn’t matter, cool. The health inspector might care, along with the dozens of customers you will lose to this review. The staff was mostly nice but if you are going to continually harangue me about requesting a refund after finding bugs (3 decent sized cockroaches) and treat me like a liar, I will take action. Bank is issuing a dispute, rightly so, do not stay here, there are so many hotels closer to the coast that are genuinely so much cleaner and same price range. I am a big supporter of small business, but this one is being run like southeast asian brother and has more bugs per square inch than a $7 h00k3r with crabs. You guys should’ve just made it easy and issued the refund, but I was too nice and you guys tried to take advantage of that and treated me like a moron. Welp, have fun! Also still haven’t checked my luggage for other bugs but I have multiple pimple like bumps on my back and legs that weren’t there before, if it’s bed bugs, best believe you guys will fit the bill. God bless, and I hope your management learns what good business is, cause this ain’t it.

Positive: Large king size bed, large room with plenty of space. Negative: Small roach was found in bathroom on 2nd day. Breakfast items were limited but okay.

This was one of the worse hotels we have ever stayed at. Our door to our room got stuck. You basically had to slam your whole body into it in order to get in. The room smelled really bad. The water was not hot. We will not ever be back. The room wasn't clean.
