Quality Inn Greenville provided excellent value for our stay. Kim, the receptionist, made check-in a breeze with her friendly and helpful demeanor. The included breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a restful night's sleep

Positive: The location, close to the I65. Negative: I did like the shower head. The water or the shower head was not angled right. The bathtub need handle bars, because when showering the tub becomes very slippery. Lastly, maybe add a shower mat or rug on the floor so customers will not use a towels.

Booked a room here to evacuate from a hurricane. Room had roaches, bed bugs and was filthy. She offered a second room and it was just as bad, left 4 stars for service because she refunded my money without any trouble.

Checking in was easy. We were missing soap but we got some. The phone didn't work. They have a neat touch mirror that has a light around the edge. What they didn't have was respect, at 8 am a man and woman knocked on the door and said "House Keeping" 3 out of 4 of us yelled NO. The two dogs were barking and the man tried to open the door and repeated "Housekeeping" We ran to the door to push it closed, my mom was changing her clothes and these people claimed to be Housekeeping opening doors even if you say NO! WTH! Two of the girls went to the front office to report what happened and the woman behind the desk got upset that it was reported. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! Go someplace else.

The room was clean, a few things weren't right, and bathroom shower control was known to be broken off only overhead, with no hand-held control.
Bathroom rubber shower floor mat covered in mold underside.
Check-in was great.
Breakfast was excellent ?
Location was convenient on and off expressway.
A little better on the housekeeping, and it would have been 5 stars ?

Positive: The First Lady when we arrived was nice. Negative: Yes, the bed bugs that were all over the bed and that bi mine abs my sons ankles all night, the way the staff acted when we told them and got mad at us because we encountered them.

The staff was very friendly the breakfast in the morning was good and they were able to give me a room that I can go in and out easily for I have four compression fractures in my spine they were also very helpful and offered to carry my bags for me if I needed it

0 stars. Bed was filthy and stained. We arrived at 4am with 2 kids. We just needed a quick nap to get back on the road. The kids wouldn’t even lay on the bed without their blanket under them. We didn’t even use the blankets provided to cover up with because they were so dirty . Hair in the bathtub drain , carpets were stained , cigarette burns everywhere when I checked out I informed the lady at checkout she said her manager would be getting there at 12. I called back , she wasn’t “there” i finally reached someone after a week and she said she would call back , I have yet to receive a call back. This hotel needs shut down.
