The location was the worst part about this place, but I'd still rate it 3 stars. It's far enough away from downtown to where the riff-raff stays away, but there have been shady folks nearby. Nothing crazy though. The rooms were nice. Clean is all we can ask for. Comfy beds. It's rare when I start sleeping better as the trip goes on, but sure enough. Breakfast was one of the best I've had, but I'm easy to please. Biscuits & gravy were my favorite part. Those biscuits were so soft that they fell apart. Customer service from check-in to check out was smooth. We had a girls' team bonding night for one night & they let us hang in the lobby by the fire after a dip in the pool. The girls roughhoused a bit & the staff was great about it. It was a great stay. Would stay again under the right circumstances.

Everything was spectacular from the check in to check out. Maryjane,Gina and the rest of the front desk crew were attentive and kind. We needed a cot and the attendant(maybe the maintenance guy) came quickly with one. The breakfast attendant Vince was helpful, very nice and kept the food full and hot. The amenities gave us everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay and the location was in the middle of everything in spokane but amazing still a quiet location. 10 out of 10, would stay again. Raises for everyone

Kanika at the front desk is amazing. She knows her stuff, and welcomed you with a kind heart. They got a good one when they hired her. The room was fast better than I expected. Definitely a must see for yourself. It was my sister's birthday, and the room was stunning. Decorated with roses, and the double jetted tub in the room was just another bonus. The pill and hot tub actually was open and lots of fun. I really can't say enough. Definitely recommended, and I think I'll go myself. Sorry I didn't get better pics. Just excited.

The hotel is fine. I'm not opposed to staying again, but next time I'll see what else is available.

Cons:
Some pillows soft, some hard. Next time will bring my own.
Hot tub jets out of order and not expected to be fixed.
Hot tub still warm, but looked gross like humans had been stewing in it.
Overwhelming chlorine smell in pool area.
Offers free tea, but only the basic Lipton bags.
The screen to our window wasn't attached and my pet was halfway out the window escaping!!

This property is a bit older. They have kept the rooms clean, but things are getting dated. The breakfast is adequate. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit and more. I didn't see any hash browns.
My main complaint is that the AC didn't work. I set it to 65 at night but it never cooled down. I ended up just opening the window. Oh and the sink is clogged.
I do have to compliment the staff. They were all very nice and totally dedicated to making our visit pleasant.

Smaller parking lot, bit harder to maneuver larger vehicles. Beautiful hotel, well kept with friendly and quick responding staff. 24hr pool was great but the hot tub was down. Things happen though, we only had 1 night stay. Free cookies at the front desk during certain hours was wonderful.

We didn't expect the hot tub to be out of service. Very disappointed after a three hour drive. The room was ok expect the bathroom floor, It was sticky and couple of hairs were found. Customer service was great. It is important that you guys let people know when things don't work so people can choose the right hotel for the right occasion or necessity.

Most definitely my favorite hotel in spokane. Friendly staff and the best continental breakfast in town. Rooms are clean and always smells fresh. Rates are pretty good too. I just wish I could cast my phone onto their tvs
