Hotel is closed, and has apparently been closed for about a year, but they're still taking reservations! I arrived 2/3/25 with a confirmed reservation to find a closed, locked, unstaffed building that is clearly under renovation and not open for business. I arrived during a Winter Weather Advisory and Cold Weather Advisory and consider myself fortunate that I was able to find other accommodations nearby.

FYI...If I could give 0 stars, I would.! This place has been closed for over a year and Priceline and others have it up on their sites and we're taking reservations yesterday October 5, 2024. I met a family yesterday as I was trying to resolve my issue who paid over $400 for a week! Priceline did take it down and is offering a transfer or refund. What a nightmare. I eventually found somewhere else myself but not without literally being stranded for several hours!!! The new hotel took pity and found me a room.

This hotels is closed and will be for sometime. They supposedly had a pipe burst in January. We found out as they still booked us a room oct 11 and 12. When we were almost there, we got a email saying it was closed and that they could not take us.

We had to scramble to find a different place to stay.

We were able to find one at the smokey point just down the road.

If looking for a place stayin Arrington. I would say try the smoky point.

never book here it still lets you book a room while they aren’t even open what kind of service is this it’s disgusting. RUINED our Black Friday weekends had this hotel booked since August.

Grossest, smelliest, hotel I have ever seen.
Chair soaked in cat pee and looked like bird poo in corner of room. Every piece of furniture was banged up. Empty tissue boxes, empty toilet paper rolls. Bedspreads had cigarette burns on them. Walls were totally stained with who knows what. There was some mystery (like snot and phlem) lumps on the nightstand that was just there crusted over.
Went out to say I did not pay $150 to be in a cat pee soaked room. Was told by guy at desk to get out and they would just rent it to someone else.
The staff was rude, argumentative then aggressive. Zero cleaning with zero shame of work ethic and standards.
Called customer care line and only got reservations.
The town was sold out. I was not freaking out at anyone, I wanted help.
Eventually given different room that was just as dirty but didn't stunk if pee.
Got some weird charge after I left too. For what!?
I booked direct through your website and the rooms looked nothing like it.
Took pics/vids if state if room. You all should be ashamed of yourselves this was squaller!

Overall, it's an alright place to stay. Not luxurious in any way, but given the price, I'm happy. I was worried after reading a lot of negative reviews, but our experience was good overall. Room was clean and it felt safe. Best if you're looking for a quick place to sleep for the night, nothing more. We arrived late and left early as planned and it got the job done. Breakfast was good too.

Hotel adequate for the price. rooms clean and tidy for a cheap hotel. American hotel standards are maintained - clean towels nice view from the window and cold water. only from the last day the water started to get warm. however, there is an unpleasant smell in the room, which, however, is not bothersome. we recommend this hotel if you don't want to spend a fortune on an overnight stay. Compared to other hotels in the area it's ok. the big plus of this accommodation is the morning breakfast which, despite being poor, can be a very good morning option. there is a choice between scrambled eggs coffee, toast, waffles and other standard food.

The room had a very, very strong smell of curry. There was a paper plate with leftover food on it under the door that joined with the neighbour’s room. The walls were thin and we could hear his hacking cough and his dog barking. It seems many homeless people live in this motel and it wasn’t the safest vibe. The room was very run down. One of the beds kept moving around. There was a big crack in the sink which leaked water on the floor. There were white smudges on the bathroom door. The shower was not hot enough. Breakfast was the usual bland motel fare. We paid a lot of money for this run-down motel and it was definitely overpriced.
