I’m a Choice Priveledge member and when I go on business or vacation trips I use try to book at a Choice hotel however ;I was highly upset with this hotel and the customer service that was poor. Arriving at the hotel on 7/14 to 7/15 going to my room there were 5 garbage bags and dirty laundry (linen) outside a room on the floor. Throughout the stay the pool was cloudy and dirty, around the pool there were socks, tshirts, trash as drink cans, beer bottles , etc. I asked the representative for more towels twice and never received them. Also, the toilet tissue roll had a half used rolled of tissue and throughout the night I ran out and asked for tissue also which I never received and had to opt to using Kleenex. The toilet and tub was not cleaned properly as it had someone blonde hair on it . The breakfast the next morning was horrific . The biscuits were not cooked all the way through and I could taste dough amonst the gravy that was watery. The sausage needlessly to say was not cooked either. The floors needed vacuuming and the mattresses on the beds are hard. Also, the metal post on the bottom of the bed holding it up was sticking out and I hit my leg twice on it . This was also reported to the morning staff when I checked out . I will never stay here again.

Ok so my only complaint is housekeeping , other than that everyone was very helpful! Housekeeping definitely needs to be replaced though .i had to go get clean towel they never came and cleaned the room or trash, and the room definitely could have been cleaned better ! The front desk people and owner were very helpful though.

I only stayed one day. During my stay, the Ice Machine didn't work, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling, and the breakfast wasn’t even breakfast. It's more like something kids eat in Kindergarten!

It seems the owner doesn’t invest much money into his property.

The location serves its purpose for 1-2 nights if you are traveling alone or with another person. Not a place to stay with a family!

Positive: Not a damn thing!!! It was absolutely horrible. If you care about your health and lifestyle this place is not for you. Negative: Worst experience I ever had in my entire life. Filthiest rooms ever! Spiderwebs, mold, dirty shower curtains, meth/Crack heads everywhere. Room smelled so horrible I had to keep all Suite cases close so that our clothes wouldn't smell like the room.

After reading all the negative reviews I was very skeptical on what I'd find when I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised, the room was clean ( including bathroom) there was enough towels for both my husband and I. Room had mini fridge and microwave. The parking was well lit and we had no problems during our late check-in or check out. I really can't commit on thier breakfast cause we didn't eat. The only negative thing I can say is that we did have coffee and it wasn't hot, warm at best, so that was disappointing. But overall we did have a pleasant stay. Looks like they have taken to heart all the negative reviews and are improving, at least that's the impression I got. So great place for the economical price as far as I'm concerned.

This hotel did not meet our expectations. I realize Quality Inn isn't top notch, but this one was a disappointment. Check in took a long time, even though I had booked the room through the Choice app. The bathroom fixtures in the room looked like they had been recently redone, so that was one of the better points of the room. However, we had a king room and there was one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth for two people in the room. The smoke detector in the room was missing! We booked a no smoking room, and the room did not smell like smoke, but both the bottom sheet and comforter had multiple cigarette burns. Breakfast was decent. We are on a weeklong trip staying at different hotels every night and this one was one of the most expensive, and we stayed at many much better for less money, so overall, I would not stay here again.

Room smelled terrible, musty. Bathroom door could hardly close due to rust on the hinges. Door to room and to adjoining room had rust at the bottom and could be dangerous. Individually wrapped glasses for ice ALL had holes in the wrap. Will never stay there again.

Not worth the amount they chargin rooms smell musty and old looks like they trying to renovate themselve also, the blonde hair lady at front desk is a tripp (rude) also the price changes everyday u stay there towels don't look new or usable so im opting not to stay there ever again not for me
