Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was quiet. Quick Uber trip from Long Beach airport. Breakfast was sustainable and coffee hit the spot. Have a shuttle to the cruise port which is super convenient. Big E pizza is next door and it's amazing. Just know the proportions are huge! Will stay here again.

It was very nice and comfortable stay. Location is superb with nearby eateries. Long beach is not very far from this. Long beach transit buses are very easy way to commute and bus stand is exactly in front of this hotel. Breakfast was really awesome.

This hotel was truly a fantastic stay for us. We received excellent customer service from Sanjay who went out of his way to recommend places to see and things to do. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and always had a smile when we saw him. He is truly an asset for this hotel. The rooms were super clean, the beddings and towels were clean and smelt fresh. We had to change our room and Younnes was also very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a variety to choose from. ||The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. A special thanks to Sanjay for his outstanding hospitality and for going out of his way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. ||We also appreciated Younus, for his friendly manner and for swiftly resolved a room issue by arranging a quick change.|We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

There is no elevator and the doors open to the outside, so if you are on the 2nd floor know you are going to have to lug your suitcases up a flight of stairs outside. The room was ok. It seemed fairly clean, but there was a lot of rust and build up on the closet doors and in the bathroom. The closets doors were also broken so we could not move them. When we first arrived these doors had fallen and maintenance pushed them back into the door frames but decided that was all he could do, so they stayed wedged in crooked and immobile for the 4 days of our stay. That guy and the front desk were courteous but not very helpful. The neighborhood seemed fairly safe. I didn’t try the breakfast,so I can’t comment on that. We paid for the room through Booking.com - a non refundable fare- so we remained there for our visit.
Pros- low cost room, lots of towels, nice sized mini fridge and microwave in the room, comfortable bed, lots of outlets.
Cons- thin walls, broke down interior fixtures, smell (really bad at times).

So the short story here is that it started with my Uber driver mentioning that this hotel was in a bad area of this town , that was a bummer. I checked in to this place and within a half hour realized what a dump it was. Not to mention the horrible customer service. I was told by the front counter guy that the hot tub was hot, and it was actually ice cold and murky! The room was on the second floor and this place has NO ELEVATORS so we had to muscle the luggage up, not what I wanted or was expecting. The pool and hot tub are behind a chain link fence, how nice. But the biggest complaint here is that this place was so awful I asked the front desk guy to undo my reservation so we could go elsewhere. The guy at the desk put me second to everything he was doing and finally said because I booked through Booking.com a third party I would have to request my refund with them. So I went across town to a decent hotel and called to get a refund the next day once home. Guess what happened? Booking.com stated that the refund would only happen if Quality Inn gives permission. Okay, I thought. Now Quality Inn sent me a receipt stating that my check out date was the following date, as if we stayed there. Are you kidding me? This place has been the worst nightmare and they lie and deceive to get and obtain customers. Let me say now a little bit about what I experienced inside this hotels room that I was in for less than 10 minuets. The door had such a large gap you could see the outside. Nobody has cleaned this place in years, or maintained it, so nasty. My daughter pulled back her sheets to inspect them and there were literally 3 hairs on the sheets. The bathroom tub was grey from all the dirty feet and zero cleaning. The closet doors were off track and so dirty you didn't even want to touch them. It smelled very awful. We discovered all of this within minutes, hence the reason for a refund. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Never stayed here.. my bosses are renting out the breakfast area to hold meetings. To me the property is clean and looks safe. And they have waffles and and eggs plus more for breakfast. I'd stay here. If I had or
needed to.

Stayed here 1 night as it was one of the only affordable hotels near the LGB airport. But still coming in at nearly $150 per night, take your money elsewhere...I did not feel safe here, and the rooms are dated and dirty. The airport shuttle only runs until 4pm so if you arrive after that, you must call an Uber. Their website advertises a $5 charge for the service, but failed to mention the short hours. My Uber driver then advised me that it was not a safe neighborhood to walk in. So I was then stuck in my room for the stay. No gym or other amenities worth using. My room faced a busy street in the back corner of the building. It was loud and the lack of visibility to the rest of the hotel led to my feeling even more unsafe... The cambodian restaurant the hotel shared a parking lot is excellent and was as far as I felt comfortable exploring. I will spend the extra $80 next time and stay at a more reputable spot next time.
