Rooms & furniture is very outdated. Asked for clean towels and none delivered had to do 2nd request. Breakfast area smelled like toxins. Not enough ventilation because it smelled like recent pain. Family with children were eating not sure how they could handle fumes. You see maintenance ladies smoking all the time around properties. I would pay $40 a night for rooms like these. Bed sheets are outdated.

Room review: The room was filthy! The floors were not swept or mopped and left your feet black! The TV didn't work and the sink was too low.

Location: Although this area is convenient off the 10 fwy. This area is unsafe!! Two hours after check in my husband found two males over by our enclosed pull trailer speaking about the locks on our trailer and getting ready to break into it. As soon as they saw him coming they sped walked away from it and tossed the boulder they were gonna use to break into it. We had to move our truck and trailer right in front of our window and literally sleep with one eye open. When my husband spoke to the front desk clerk about what had happened, she didn't seem surprised.

Service: They accommodated our service dog and were understanding of why we wanted to move our truck and trailer right in front of our room.

For a 2 star hotel, this place is great. The rooms were clean and mostly comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was good, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room and breakfast area were clean. This was our 2nd time staying here. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.

The hotel room was a little dirty overall. It was okay for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It did include a free breakfast which was your basic foods. The location is amazing being right off the exit though. Plenty of parking too.

I don't want to complain because most of the service was good. You may want to check the mattress for the room I stayed in. Worst thing I've ever slept on. Springs were deflated/ weak on one side, so you had to sleep in either a depression or on a hill going up. Worst mattress I've ever tried to sleep on!!

The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, the TV was programmed in Spanish, and the remote control was dead. Requested to move to another room, where they put on the complete opposite side of the hotel. Then, while moving, they complained about where I was parked while loading and unloading my truck. Btw, a single bed costs more than a double.

Never again. We chose this hotel becaue it was the closest to where we needed to be but after my stay here I'm willing to travel a little further next time. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which is probably due to the fact that anytime someone smoked near the door it came through the air conditioning and filled the room with thay toxic smell. Stains on all the sheets and curtains, a fridge that didn't keep anything cold.... this will not be the place I stay with my daughter again. Ick.
