Where do I start?First of all that was three roaches in my room. door would not lock on the room, hallways smell of cat urine. Apparently they only got one set of sheets for each room. When you strip your bed and you will have to do it yourself and ask for clean sheets. You have to wait on your old sheets to be properly Laundered To return to your bed...this was not the best place to stay very low end, the orders alone were Stifling. I put dryer sheets every where for the smells... I will not be returning

Stayed here twice now and both times it was uncomfortable. The check in process takes lot longer than normal. The rooms are okay, but the headboard behind them are not secure enough and rattle if slightly bumped. The housekeeping staff are a whole different breed. They were screaming down the hallways, complaining about rooms. Definitely need to train their staff better or replace them with better people. Seriously doubt I will waste money on this hotel again.

I wasn't expecting much for $34 but the price, location and ease of registering was hard to pass up. Pros were price, location, parking, it was quiet, the window opened so we could air it out. Cons were it's definitely a bit old and dated and had a musty stale odor, beds not super great and can tell there are springs in them... I wish I'd brought my own pillow but we doubled them up so it was better. .. The odor dissipated once we opened window for a bit. But... We saw zero bugs or cob webs/spider webs!!! It was clean.. Stains noted on furniture, peeling paint, scuffs here and there, etc. Like I said.. It's old. There was no microwave if that matters to anyone but there is a small fridge. My hubs said shower pressure was great. It was under 2 miles one way to a great local coffee shop, Rise and Restore... And about 2 miles the other way to Tudor's Biscuit World. We didn't look for breakfast or coffee in lobby...we'd already made other arrangements. Did note pool is drained and were told it has a leak they haven't located.

I booked through Priceline and the pics of the rooms and descriptions... I don't even think it was that hotel lol, and right across the street is a strip joint, I'm not judging just wasn't expecting that at all. The man who checked me in was very nice but I saw a sign that said:
NO VISITORS AFTER 10PM
1 VISITOR PER ROOM FOR 1 HOUR ONLY
wtf?!? Anyways, the room was horrible, the rainfall showerhead was a standard 5$ tiny plugged up showerhead. The towel rack had been torn out of the wall, the holes were still there. Toilet had no water in it and wouldn't flush. Bed was old and bouncy. I hate to give bad reviews but they shouldn't be able to blatantly lie like that.

Due to unforeseen events, I was unable to make it to the Airbnb I rented out in Elizabeth and emergency booked one night here.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The check-in process was extremely uncomfortable. The staff member who checked us in was off-putting and made both myself and the other guests feel very uneasy. He asked intrusive questions about where we were from and why we rented the jacuzzi suite with a king bed if it was just us girls. His behavior was very strange, including making us drive to one end of the property only to turn around and drive to the other side because he decided to put us in a different suite. He gave us a master key instead of room keys, claiming they "weren't working," and insisted we carry our things in a specific way. He also repeatedly asked if we were going to be "rowdy."
I booked through Booking.com, which did not allow me to add more than two occupants. We had four, and this staff member forced us to pay him $40 in cash for the two extra occupants. The entire situation was sketchy and unprofessional.
The room itself was far below expectations. Most of the lights and fixtures didn't work, and there appeared to be mold in the sink. The water from the sink was dirty, the shower pressure was terrible, the microwave didn't work, and both the pool and jacuzzi were out of order. Had I known about these issues, I would have booked a different, much cheaper room.
Overall, I am baffled and deeply disappointed by this experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No breakfast and no pool! Based on conversations, it sounds like neither have been available since the pandemic started. This is a budget hotel, so keep that in mind when booking.
The staff were great and extremely friendly. They were trying to air out our room when we arrived so it was still a bit musty and quite hot but we appreciated the effort. The microwave and refrigerator worked well, the shower had good pressure and hot water, and the air conditioning worked fabulously. The bedding were old and had some holes, the towels were slightly stained, and the carpet had seen better days. Thankfully no bed bugs like other reviews have mentioned but there were some dead bugs
For the price, it was a great deal!

I unfortunately had to rate this hotel a 1 star due to discovering a bedbug crawling on the bed in the morning. We ended up being bit by them unfortunately, and I contacted the hotel back to inform them that I believe that there were bedbugs in the room that we were in and the hotel for that matter. The lady thanked me for letting her know, based on recent reviews, I'm pretty sure that she was already aware, someone was aware of them. My bites were so bad that it took me taking Benadryl for a couple days to even stand the itch and inflammation. DON'T STAY HERE!!!
I initially thought that it was just a dated hotel but seemed overall clean when we walked in but we realized that wasn't the case. A LIVING AND CRAWLING BEDBUG is all of the proof that I needed. I'll also note that they make a point of letting you know that their hotel doesn't accept pets, but as I was walking to my room I heard a dog bark and told the man at checkin that it sounded like there was a dog there and he stated that was his dog.
The people working them seem alright, but the hotel is a ONE AND DONE for me. Bedbugs are the gift that bites and keeps biting and multiplying, THEY NEED TO CORRECT THIS ASAP!

Did you know they have Jacuzzis in a few rooms!! Absolutely amazing, clean and spacious rooms. I will definitely book a room here again.
