We enjoyed our stay, and we will return if we are in the area again. We didn't use the pool or hot tub this time but have enjoyed them in the past. We have yet to play miniature golf here. We did use the laundry room, and it has always been clean. We like that they have 2 washers and dryers specifically for those with pets. That was the first time we have seen that and what a great idea for anyone who has pet allergies. I usually can't use public laundry rooms because of all my allergies, but I was able to use this one. It's a good thing because our senior dog can't hold her pee all night, and even with a diaper on things still get wet and have to be washed.

I love this resort! It is clean, there are lots of amenities, many activities and the people here are soooo nice. Always waves and "Hi's" when I'm out for my walks. We had an awning mishap on a windy day, and several neighbors came by to help us. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. As others have mentioned, the wifi could be drastically improved although I don't think it's the fault of Quail Run.

Stayed there in our toyhauler a couple of years ago. Made some pretty good friends there. Rates are reasonable, and the staff is friendly .

Spent three weeks in March!
The pool was filthy the whole stay.
The management said to much oil from the residents.
They just kept adding chemicals.
Everyone was talking about the dead bugs and the cloudy water.
While I’m know expert very few we’re using the pool and the filter system was only running a few hours our hold stay.
I have stayed In many places over the years and never have l seen a pool in this condition!
Lots of excuses but nothing done to fix it!
I’m assuming this summer while the place is almost empty they will replace the filter system or at least get it fixed.
The people were friendly and the rest of the resort was very nice!
Plan on coming back hoping the pool issues will have been addressed instead of excuses!
It’s beautiful Arizona a pool is mustπŸ‘

It seems like a very friendly place. Clean and tidy and very colorful. As we drove around the place, we saw so many friendly faces and waving greetings. It felt like the kind of place you would like your parents to be at. A home away from home. Maybe someday I could move here - kind of place. They have long-term living spaces as well as short-term visiting spaces.
