Brenda at pyramid Travel was wonderful to work with!! She made great suggestions and kept us abreast in any information we needed leading up to the trip. She gave us all the information needed to take a trip outside the country as well as information of the resort itself. It was a beautiful resort and wedding and a forever memory!! Brenda from Pyramid Travel helped us plan trips to Virginia, Arizona and Hawaii so we went to her when we wished to go to Lima, Peru. She quickly arranged flights and a general time table. Members of our group of seven kept coming up with ideas for other places to see in Peru so we made repeated calls and visits to Brenda’s travel agency. She eagerly assisted us and when we had more questions she put us in touch with her contact in Peru for a phone visit.
The night before our departure she contacted us to let us know our connecting flight would be delayed and therefore we could take a later flight out of Madison. We enjoyed the extra hours of sleep. Brenda recommended Comfort Seating for our flight from Atlanta to Peru and it was worth every penny as we could stretch out and enjoy the night flight to Lima. When we arrived in Lima we found that some of our luggage had not. We called Brenda and she told us the correct forms to fill out. When bags for our youngest member still didn’t make it to the hotel, Brenda advised us to purchased the necessary items as our insurance would cover that cost.
We enjoyed every moment from Lima to Cusco to Machu Picchu. As we headed back to Lima we received word from Brenda that some flights had been rescheduled and we needed to get to the airport at a different time.
Early on, of our members became sick and returned to Madison. Brenda assisted us with the paperwork to fill an insurance claim. She then filled out thirty pages of forms requested by the insurance company. We received the money for our claim in a timely manner.
We appreciated that Brenda monitored our entire trip. She was available for schedule changes, questions and problems. I feel that she went above-and-beyond. When difficulties were encountered they were quickly overcome and we got back to enjoying our time in Peru. When we decide on our next excursion we will start the planning by calling Brenda at Pyramid Travel.

Brenda, @ Pyramid Travel, nailed it!!! We booked a seven day land and five day cruise ship tour of Alaska and the Yukon Territory, Canada and it was the best vacation ever! All of Brenda‘s recommendations were spot on….no disappointments on ANYTHING! The flight times were perfect, the vacation with Holland America was so organized and well orchestrated, you just can’t go wrong! Brenda has booked our last two vacations. Both were flawless. First trip was 5 of us to the DR. It was absolutely wonderful. Second was to Hawaii to two islands for 5 adults and 3 children. Trip of a life time and was absolutely flawless. Can't say enough good about her expertise in travel.
