Wow Rude Deep Fried Tacos - A One-Star Disaster
Let me tell you about my absolutely shocking experience with the deep-fried tacos at this place. Priced at a hefty $9.99, I was at least expecting some level of customization or basic customer service. Boy, was I wrong.
I simply asked if it was possible to have the tacos without tomatoes, due to a preference. The response I received from the server was a blunt, dismissive "nope, we mix it in." Followed immediately by an impatient "What else you want..."
Excuse me?! Is it really that difficult to omit a single ingredient? The attitude was appalling and frankly, incredibly rude. To be told so dismissively that a simple request couldn't be accommodated, and then rushed to order something else, was beyond unacceptable.
Needless to say, I didn't order anything. And let me be crystal clear: I will absolutely not be returning to this establishment.
Who makes tacos like that anyway? Mixing tomatoes directly into the filling of a deep-fried taco sounds like a recipe for a soggy, flavor-compromised mess. Yuck is right. They've clearly prioritized some bizarre, inflexible process over basic customer satisfaction.
Save your $9.99 and your time. There are plenty of other places that understand the concept of customer service and are willing to make simple adjustments to their food. Avoid this place like the plague.

We wandered in off Hwy. 8 on a Sunday afternoon looking for lunch, and found this fantastic farm eats spot! We loved feeding the animals off the side of the parking lot and thought the exterior was decorated so nice. When we walked in — we weren't exactly sure where to go and didn't find anyone at the front register. We walked around to find a written sign that said to pay at the other counter, so we went looking for the other counter. Passed a few tables, we saw two teenage girls sitting behind the deli counter scrolling on their phones. We all deserve a break, and it was obvious they had a busy breakfast for the amount of dirty tables around the room; however, "clean, then lean" is a policy they may need. We loved the store retail items, and all the shop had to offer! Our lunch was hot and delicious, and the scones were fantastic!!! Will return just for them. Our service at the counter was pleasant and the customer service was friendly. Though we didn't initially understand to order at the counter — signage to direct patrons, like a standing chalkboard would be decorative and give direction. Even training to have staff say "Hello/Goodbye" when they hear the door. It's clear the love and time the owners/family have put in, and their staff should understand how important it is for small business. This place is a gem!

This is possibly one of the best places to eat. Be careful at breakfast time as the portions are HUGE! Prices are amazing and for those furry friends you can sit outside. My family has been here 3 times and everything about this place screams come back for more. Try to avoid the cooler with pies\cake you might never leave! The picture is 50$ of fresh food !

What a nice find. We were looking for a place to grab a bite for lunch when we ran into this place out in the country. I ordered the chef salad. It was a little light on meat but tasted great. My wife ordered a pulled pork sandwich and it was excellent. The other half of the place is a cool country store filled with treats, trinkets, and clothing. I found myself a new destination when touring in the convertible.

I was hungry, so I stopped here at about 9:30 am. They were only serving breakfast, so I tried a caramel malt and I got a doughnut to go for my hubby. The caramel malt is heavenly. So delicious! As I was leaving, I saw they had a little petting zoo, so I went and checked it out. There’s a cute piggy, 2 donkeys, several goats, and some peacocks and other birds. Overall, 10/10 I’d come back here.

We came here for the weekend Eggs Benedict, which was quite tasty! The hollandaise sauce was one of the best I’ve had. We also had a chocolate scone, which was a bit dry.
This establishment seems to be a farm, a store, and a restaurant combined. We fed some farm animals, which was quite fun.
The store has a variety of products: candles, jams, dairy, signs, and so on.
The service at the restaurant was quick and efficient. There is no one to greet or seat you, so you have to go to the back right corner to order.
My main concern was that there are many outlet boxes sticking out of the ground, and while most are under or near tables, it seems like they could be tripping hazards.
