The technician is great- five stars for him. Great guy.

It took nearly a month and LOTS of calls to get anyone to reply to book my repair. Very rude when I did make contact. I’m not sure what’s wrong with the reception and communication but it is terrible. This is not an isolated event. The wrong parts were sent for the first repair and we had to go through this scenario several times. Very frustrating-

Service tech came and suggested to replace a sensor on the washer. After installed, it did not fix the problem. Tech said he'd get the correct part ordered and I never recieced a phone call back. When I did get a hold of someone, she seemed to not know what was going on with ordering another part, said she'd check into it and call back. Since then, they would not pick up my calls or return my voice-mails. Quick to get the bill out in the mail, even though the problem wasn't discussed further with a simple call back. Poor service and follow up - not recommended.

Jody followed up on all my calls and was very professional and friendly. Sean was very nice and took the time to explain the job, and was very respectful of my home while completing the repair on my gas dryer. Such a refreshing experience after getting the run around from other outfits. Thank you again!

Our gas stove had a burner that was not lighting. The service technician came promptly, inspected our stove and discovered that the burner was simply clogged. He showed us how to look for and take care of that problem in the future, and we were very appreciative of his help and honesty.
