Upon arrival, I was greeted by the Manager. Very nice. My room was newly painted, clean carpet, clean bed, bathroom and T.V., easy to set up to watch my favorite movies on my favorite apps. Table and chairs to set and eat my favorite meal from the nearby famous Burger stand, adjacent to hotel. A most comfortable stay. Overall a most positive experience. Thank You to the Prince Inn Team. I will come back again and again.

Room had roaches from time to time, so that kinda grossed me out a bit. However, the matress was very comfortable, seems to have been replaced somewhat recently.
That being said, they don't restock toilet paper or wash the linens/towels until the guest is checked out (I believe).
I ran out of toilet paper 3 days in (I'll admit, I was dumb for not getting any ahead of time), and when I asked if I could get a single roll of TP late at night, they charged almost $4
for terrible roll of single-ply.

But...the male manager has been courteous to me, not just with answering any questions, but always giving a friendly wave when he sees me.

Can't say I recommend this place, but if you're at rock bottom like me right now, its......acceptable at best.
Just hope you don't get any roaches.

Roach Motel! The room was very dirty and the bathroom was full of roaches. There was no microwave and no refrigerator. Lights were broken and kept turning on and off. I do not recommend this motel.

I had a 15 minute stay there because I turned on the lights and the roaches didn't even scatter, All over the walls and counter and when I went to the front after simply opening the door, no refund. By far the most disgusting hotel you can only see in a horror flick. Avoid at all costs.

Manager and staff are exceptional, quality service, making sure that all needs of there clients are met. Friendly and courteous service and hard working people. I would like to say Thank you so much for all you do for each and every customer they serve. I go here maybe once or twice a.month to relax and unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. Never have I seen any of the choas of bed bugs nor have I experienced any of the misfortunes others may have had at this hotel. My stay there over 25 years has always been a great experience. First of all, it’s $60 a night. The TV was set to some old school porn and was barely working. Then we were unable to flush the toilet, which by the way, had a cigarette in it. We were afraid someone was going to come into our room because the door was slightly cracked. I definitely do not recommend it.

Currently staying, friend of mine from sheriff's department got me a few nights. Have not had any problems, yes there are few channels on the t.v. but all my fav shows are shown. The room is clean, no bugs at all. Tenants are quiet and friendly. For the price I feel very comfortable and safe

Motel full of ROACHES nasty and the owner very disrespectful, she don’t allow family visit. They scream and kicked my family members out. She’s is so rude never staying there again. Why don’t the city give them a citation for the roach infestation
