You can tell all the 70+ people in the casino have been coming here and gambling together for years. The waiters and waitresses and almost everyone else is of that age group. They were all nice and friendly and quite a few smelled strongly of alcohol 😆 They were having a good time and we did too. The bed was comfortable. The rooms have solid thick walls . Very quiet. Love that . Room service in the morning which is rare these days. Loved it. Could do a whole social study here .. fascinating

Let’s be realistic about your expectations for a hotel attached to a casino in Prescott, AZ. This isn’t a luxury hotel. With that said, the front desk lady was sweet, quick and to the point. The rooms are decent size and the view is STUNNING 🤩 I checked everything before we unpacked and the room, bed and bathroom are clean. Would stay here again.

Room was definitely not as clean as it should be. We found stuff under the bed and on the floor under the skirts of the bed. Reasonable prices and decent casino. Rooms are huge, I feel I would have given 5 stars if the room would have been vacuumed better and their was a PEN in the room. They want you to leave a review in the room with no pen.

After traveling for the day. When we got into the room to sleep. The sheet on the bed was put on wrong side out. Didn’t fit the bed, kept coming off. We ask if they can change the bed. They sent the security man up with the sheets. I ended up changing the hotel bed at 11:30 at night!
Could not get clean towels, garbage emptied. No service at all!! Probably won’t be back, for the money we paid. ✌🏻

We visited the hotel in December 2024 to visit their gingerbread village of houses. We were impressed with the display and the talent of the children who created the homes. We didn't get rooms at the hotel or visit the on site restaurants, but as we wandered, we were impressed with what we saw and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we encountered. And before leaving we stepped out on the back patio, which is lovely and offers a tremendous view of the valley below.

We stayed about a month at the Prescott Resort while looking for a place to live in the Prescott area. The employees were very friendly and kind and gave us special attention. The morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. While we spent close to $3,000 for a month’s lodging, the mgr. gave us a comfortable discount for the final two weeks which we greatly appreciated !! While the snow fell, we enjoyed movies and exploring the beautiful Prescott area !

I’ll start by saying the people that work here were friendly and helpful. That’s all I have to say for the pros. |The hotel did not live up to the expectations. My husband booked this for our Thanksgiving visit. We walked in and could immediately tell it was a bit run down. The elevator was dingy. My daughter walked into the room and proclaimed “it’s kind of dirty on the walls but not horrible I guess”. Very small tv. Poor WiFi. Stains on the ceiling. The wallpaper is peeling….the list goes on. The carpet is old and the shower smelled awful. We decided to take the kids down to swim and get their wiggles out and the whole pool area is just kind gross with lime scale build up EVERYWHERE. There were a ton of missing tiles in the jacuzzi and our kids went underwater to see all the piles of dirt at the bottom. The cushions in the pool area were torn and dirty, and there was a giant pile of the cushions just piled up on the ground to the side. The towels in the pool area were the size of a large hand towel (not joking at all…dead serious), not to mention they were very worn and ragged. 10/10 not interested in wasting my money so we’re headed to another hotel with hopes that it Will at minimum be cleaner and we can enjoy a vacation that will hopefully meet a modicum of the comfort of home.

IF YOU GO TO EAGLES NEST ASK FOR JOSEPH! The view of the room was great. The staff was great. The amenities were great. There is a full resort, great restraunts, pretty nice casino and prices were unbeatable for never having to ever leave the building! I mean it the price of an overall good time in unbeatable. Live music, casino, great food. What more can you ask for!
