My experience with Premier Airport Shuttle has been nothing but positive! After making a reservation online, I received a reminder text the day before and my shuttle bus driver showed up a few minutes early for my very early morning pickup. The van was spacious and comfortable and I was dropped off right when I needed to be at the airport.

On the return, I was able to find their check in area at Seattle airport and the driver was very helpful with assisting my mom (who has some mobility issues) into the van and was very friendly.

Recently I had to call their office to make changes to existing reservations and Justin and his supervisor Robinson were very personable and friendly and provided my updated reservation information via email while I was still on the phone.

If you need a smooth ride to and or from the airport, I'd definitely recommend Premiere!

Another great experience from a situation that I had little hope for. I had an emergency come up and needed to cancel my pick up on very short notice due to an emergency. The worst part is that it came up after their staffed phone hours. Luckily, I was able to get in contact with the after hours dispatcher, Justin, who took very good care of me with the help of his supervisor, Robinson. Justin was very helpful, polite and kind throughout the entire interaction, and Robinson made sure things got taken care of properly on the back end. I was able to get 100% of my money back as a credit for a future trip. That was a great outcome because I definitely plan to use them in the future and the service is always wonderful when I do. I went into this situation expecting to fight or to leave empty handed, but thanks to these amazing representatives of the company, I came out of it extremely satisfied. Shout out to Justin and Robinson!

They didn't answer the phone during their stated business hours. You can't leave a message. They don't answer emails. Cost is the same as a Lyft. Where's the value?

Highly recommended for the communication, promptness and friendliness. I received a phone call the week before my trip from a live person who confirmed the pick-up location details, and I received a text message just prior to arrival so I knew the shuttle was on its way. My driver Joe addressed me and all passengers by name, introducing us to one another as each of us boarded. Multiple people shared the same shuttle ride, and the efficiency of our driver’s navigation ensured that we all arrived at the airport with plenty of time for whatever we needed to do before our flights.
