I had rented one of their cottages behind Holt's market, The day I moved in I had to deal with ants, my shower didn't work properly, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, then one day all of a sudden it started leaking from the ceiling in my bathroom from the fan, there were water drops in my bedroom, in the corner of my living room and then I go to clean out my sink I seen a roach crawling out of my sink drain and up in the crawl space huge black spiders. The place is known as the Crack Shacks and if you don't want to be labeled don't move there. Not only that the landlords are slumlords they try to do things illegally like using scare tactics to make you move or make things up just to get you out. And don't invoke your tenant rights because they'll do everything to make your life a living hell. Their the worst on so many levels they make other slumlords look like saints. So stay away from Oregon Way Motor Court. Oh and your supposed to get cable and WiFi as part of your rent it's hit and miss at the best.

Great stepping stone for waiting on getting into another place bigger. Management is friendly and down to earth. Only problem I've ran into is: shared bathrooms, shared kitchen. Occasionally loud neighbors at night.

It's a nice place if you don't mind sharing a bathroom with the other tenants. Most tenants are very nice and helpful. Management is good and friendly. Free Wi-Fi and television. Soda machines and snack machines on site. Cheap laundry on site. Monthly barbecue potlucks. It's like a family here. Everyone looks out for eachother.

The Hudson Hotel is not a place for drug use. Anyone who visits those using this facility is under 24 hour video surveillance and any type of drugs or alcohol are strictly prohibited. They are not only this facility, they are low-income housing owners who help out our low-income citizines as well as our ex-felons get back in their feet to help prevent re-offenses.

If your looking to rent a room by the month it's reasonable. The lust tho get a room though is rather long. It isn't like you can walk in and there's availability. It's more like apts function just in a room basis. Its cleaned up quite a bit since the place has new mgt.

Here is the simple reason why I dislike this place. The criminal issues such as the use of continual drug use. The "Hudson Hotel" Is more commonly known as a place for housing convicted convicts just coming straight out of the state penitentiary. These hotel room's are not the place anybody would like to HANG-OUT at, people from all walks of life go there and it's not usually for pleasure, but just drug business.

Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. I attend Lighthouse Chapel Community Church and I just absolutely love it. The atmosphere is is very light and people are considerate of others
