Just needed a room for the night. It's not the Portola inn any more. It's very noisy at night. little to no parking in the small lot. It's now branded as a Best Western affiliate doesn't live up to the name. Will not stay here again. Best thing it's cheap.

It was a rough night. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything around you. The employees were super nice though and it was a pretty good price

1st night was terrible experience ww had a broken window, bathroom no vent with a broken toilet lid, we couldn't be moved to another room because it was full when I showered water was running down the walls! 2nd night we did get into another room was better we asked for a ironing board and got a broken one without padding, when I wanted to shower tno hot water so I requested to speak to management again after being in 1st room this whole entire time the manager was there when she told me she wasn't the manager and told me I wasn't going to get the 1 night refunded to me because I knocked onnher door!! How unprofessional!! Never will I return to this place we would stay every year there when it was the portola Inn im sure it went through new ownership they need to step it up and get those rooms remodeled!

I really enjoyed our many stays here. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable at a really low price. I stayed here 3 times, once getting multiple rooms for my family. They were satisfied with the place.
