We stopped in at Pops BBQ. What a cute quaint little restaurant. The folks were so kind and helpful on the choices.

The meals were perfectly proportioned. Good flavor. The meat was moist and tender. And CHEAP! THE 3 of us got out spending $30

Had an amazing experience here! It was our first time stopping in and we felt so welcomed!

The food was amazing (fried okra was my favorite) with homemade desserts! We got so full on the yummy food that we had to take the desserts home. Lol

I couldn’t suggest this place enough.!

Definitely our new local favorite!

Best pulled pork sandwich in the Florence Alabama area! If you like fried okra, it is worth the drive just for it. It comes out piping hot, lightly battered, and perfectly cooked every time. They have regular, mustard, and a hot slaw for the sandwiches (I like the hot so much I skip BBQ sauce). I can not brag enough on the food I have had so far. I have been several times now and the quality has been super consistent every time. I will try new things soon and update this review.

Best BBQ sandwich I have ever had, been going for years, the meat doesn't have a too strong smoke flavor, if you have had a problem with heartburn with BBQ, try these, my uncle hasn't had a problem since we started eating here, been coming here for the past 10 years

I sure love their Barbecue! And, the potato salad is special. The BBQ beans taste like they came out of the can and could be better if cooked longer, but they are OK. They are conveniently located for people that live on the north side of Florence. Otherwise, I love the place even though the food is not cheap.
