I went through the drive thru around 2:30-2:45 on 10/17/2024. I ordered an 8 piece mixed spicy. I received 1 breast, 3 thighs, and 4 wings. I have repeatedly tried to call them but no one answered the phone.

Worst employees ever! Customer service is horrible. They act like they are doing you a favor by being rude and handing you food you paid for. Go somewhere that’s not a tax write off for the owner!! Been like this since they opened in Troy Alabama, not a new occurrence. Drive thru is dead for a reason . Trust the locals! Anyone giving good reviews works there or has family working there. Troy has so many chicken places. Skip this one if you don’t want to get treated like trash! Anyone saying nice and helpful is literally being paid to review this horrible place . On top of the fact that the person taking orders for the drive through mumbles & then gets an attitude when you have to ask her to repeat what she said (I guess she doesn’t take into account there’s a major highway & traffic noise?) because she will not SPEAK UP! But I ordered and paid for extra chocolate chip biscuits that, after waiting almost 10 minutes in the parking lot I still did not receive! I guess I should have checked which is on me but I really defeats the purpose of going through the drive through when you just have to go in anyway because absolutely no one answers their phone! So now I’m 20 minutes away at home and just got ripped off bc I ordered a 12 piece that was supposed to come with large sides and I got small sides and no dessert biscuits! This is not the first incident here but it’ll be my last because as good as the food may be, we never get the correct stuff & the service is horrid! And no accountability because no one answers the phone!

Ordered food at 6:46 pm, got food at 7:20 pm!! My sister was right behind me ordering the exact same thing!! She got her order at 7:00!! Folks coming in right behind me kept getting their orders and I'm still waiting!! Popeyes in Troy SUCKS!! And this is not the first time!! Never again!!

I have went 5 times and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and still was never once was asked what I wanted. As soon as I pull off they ask the next car what they wanted. Poor service by the cashiers

Some of the chicken tenders I got weren't cooked all the way through. First time that's happened. Biscuits were old. Everything else was perfect.
