First visit, I got the Chicken Fried steak and mashed potatoes.

Polly's Restaurant has been around for a long time... it was my mother's favorite place, then it became our FAVORITE PLACE 😍. COMFORT FOOD TO THE MAX!!!! Always starts out with a big piece of WARM CORNBREAD AND 🧈 YUMMY 😋
Variety of fresh salad... to Turkey plate, Meat loaf plate and on, and on. Then you have no other option but to say YES. TO THE BEST PIES ON 🌎 EARTH. Come on in and try it for yourself .The staff was EXCELLENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND CARING

I was disappointed with our visit to Polly’s. Having heard a lot about this diner, I had higher hopes. Service was great but the pies were pretty awful. The chicken pie came out tepid and the crust pretty soggy. Didn’t taste fresh at all. Sad times. Dessert pie was also pretty soggy. Please serve fresher! Thanks.

Was visiting Laguna Hills and was invited for a family event. What a hidden gem of a restaurant! I had the 8 oz Prime Rib. For $19.99, I can't believe the value of that meal. Those are almost old Law Vegas prices. Tasty, tender, and perfectly medium rare prime rib with all the fixings. They even served me a nice hunk of cornbread and butter that wasn't on the menu. Soft and moist, and delicious. Great service, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I wish I lived here to come back frequently. Can't say enough good.

I hidden gem which was just what I needed after waiting for a very long time at the DMV. Spoiler alert: everything I tried was amazing, and I didn't even try the pies! (Which is what this restaurant is known for).

This restaurant has a wide variety of meals as is accustomed with most diners. I got the Salisbury steak while my dad got the pimento cheese, both were amazing. For desert we shared a giant cinnamon roll which was spectacular. Even the atmosphere of the restaurant is nice with all the unique retro-ish posters. A hidden gem I definitely recommend!

Polly’s pie are really great tasting. Crust is good and fillings aren’t too dry or too watery.
They have frozen pies to take home and bake yourself. We tried the frozen peach pie and it came out better than we expected.
We highly recommend Polly’s Pies.

The devils eggs were great !! Now, if they put some kind of drizzle on top, it would send it over the edge. The six pieces of wings habenero style was crispy and soft at the same time perfection.

Polly’s is very much an All American place, the kind of restaurant my mom would have loved. I eat there often. You can sit outside with your dog, but the service outside is really bad. Inside, the food is good and the service is quick and courteous.
