Got here on a Sunday. Ordered the breve. It was smooth and had a perfect taste balance. Didn't order any pastries. They also have a rewards punch card. Great location in front of the mountain easy for tailgate across an abandoned gas station. Great ambiance. Service is fantastic and very friendly. Will come again.

This was my first time visiting Polar Bear Cafe, and it was such a lovely experience! I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and it was so flavourful and just the right balance, not too sweet. The lady who took my order was so friendly and kind; she was very thoughtful as well and even provided me with an extra straw for if I needed it for stirring my macchiato. This little cafe is nestled right by the mountains of Chugiak, and is a drive-thru cafe but you're able to park in the lot and take in lush views. (Note: Seems to be the lot of a no longer in service gas station but the view of the mountain makes up for it, very beautiful!) Thank you so much for this lovely experience! 🙂

Walked to the coffee shop on Tuesday and got a 16oz Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha, lady said it was $5:50. I told her to keep $1.00 for a tip, and she charged $11.50. Their Baristas have no integrity or honesty. Good to know either not to get drinks there or just don’t tip. Can’t even go back about it because I did not get a receipt. That was rude and dishonest, and fraud. To the owners, figure out who was working Wednesday afternoon, I would be willing to bet I am not the first person for them to do this to, and you should not have them to continue to work for you.

The watermelon Italian soda I just got only tasted like cream. I tasted no watermelon flavor. Disappointing and not cheap either. The service was also slow
