Brought the family out to eat and was great. Chef Zach Holt even made an appearance to check in on the meal, but all the employees were great and super friendly and courteous.

My 12yr old daughter loved the mozzarella sticks, they were STUFFED with cheese and cooked to perfection. Then she ordered the chicken and broccoli fettuccine which she freakin' loved!

My wife and I both got pizzas as we heard that's what they're known for. I got a BBQ chicken pizza and my wife got the Super Garlic Gourmet Veggie pizza (I think it was called).

Everything was great and had a blast overall. Thanks again to the staff over at Players! Definitely will go again 🤙

Really disappointed to say this isn’t a safe place for my family to eat at… my parents have severe gluten intolerance. We ordered a gluten-free pizza last night that made them both VIOLENTLY sick. I don’t know if we were simply given the wrong pizza or what, but it was actually scary how many hours my father was vomiting just one hour after eating it. Those of us with no gluten problems were fine. This seems to be a problem in the Penn Valley and Grass Valley areas in general… seems like many places do not take being gluten free seriously at all. My parents are old enough that this kind of disregard can have serious repercussions. I hope in the future local restaurants will take it more seriously.

Pizza sandwich sandwich were good. Kinda quiet inside, only complaint is for you to use your holiday points you have to get the coupon from holiday first.

Great place to eat with family or friends. The quality of the food is excellent, I've eaten there many times and my food is always cooked to perfection. they have a generous selection of beers from local breweries too. the staff is very friendly and we are always well taken care of. we shall continue to enjoy Players Pizza as it is one of the best restaurants in Nevada county.

Waitress was cold and indifferent to a large tip I gave her with no polite responses. I thought she was a bit cold but after I tipped her near 30% because the food was good she would be friendly but instead acted harsh and entitled and refused to even give me a receipt for the full amount.

Our whole family got together o celebrate our grandfather's life. We had our own space, hooked up a speaker and enjoyed delicious pizza, pepperoni and sausages so good to our own music. The fish in this pic was designed and made by my cousin DJ Ceinar.
